I liked everything. People who enjoy a big breakfast would need to eat out, as only a small snack breakfast is provided.

Beautiful building, excellent location very close to the centre of the city and to the beautiful Danube. The staff were lovely and friendly. It was a welcoming atmosphere and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place in the heart of Ruse

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a small balcony to sit on. There was tea, coffee and snacks available 24/7. The location was excellent, an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the square where there were lots of great restaurants and coffee shops as well as it being beautiful. The receptionist was kind enough to arrange a transfer from Ruse to Burgas for a very reasonable price and the driver was safe and kind. Ruse itself is a beautiful town.

Very clean, modern small hotel in a beautiful classical, athmospheric building 3 minute walk from the main square. The staff is very kind and helpful. However the hotel is not offering breakfast, they have a nice table with tea, coffe, apple and snack for free. It was very good for the start of the day! Thank you! If i will go back to Ruse, i will stay here again for sure!

Our bathroom was a bit small. The reception closes at 8 p.m., anyway they send you a code for self-check in. Price is standard for Bulgarian accommodations.

Small and cosy hotel, very well located: it is in a quiet street near the main square and the pedestrian area of Ruse, the river is near too. Rooms and common areas are recently renovated and have nice furniture with beds comfortable. Breakfast is not served but there is a corner close to reception with coffee, tea, fruit, cookies. All is always available for guests. There are public parking places in the street.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are beautiful decorated; well located in a calm area, the city centre is easily reachable on foot. The lady of the reception was very helpful and attentive. No breakfast but there's a coffee/tea station with cakes and fruits. Everything was clean and well cared. One of the best stays in our long Bulgaria tour!

The pillows in the room were too thick and hard but that's just a matter of personal preference so I would not hold a grudge against the hotel.

The hotel provided complimentary snacks and coffee, which were replenished all day long.

They had a little desk in the room that you could actually slide under the bed and it was perfect for me to work in bed on my computer or watch movies comfortably from my laptop. The windows were large and had these massive sills you could sit in. Beautiful artwork and very comfortable room. Big bathroom too. They even upgraded my room for free. The staff was very nice and helpful and there is the best Chinese food restaurant ever inside the hotel. I was also working the entire week I was there and the wifi speeds were excellent.

Very low entrance to the bathroom, easy to bump your head.

We had a room at the front of the building with a lovely balcony. Room spacious, building an old building, with high ceilings and in general a very nice atmosphere. Free coffee and tea available downstairs. Good location, short distance to city centre and river.
