The location of the hotel is not that great. It is close enough to the beach, but the surrounding landscape is not the best. There are lots of construction sites, active or abandoned. There is no sidewalk for a large portion of the road to the beach and there is intense car traffic during the day. If you're traveling with small children it's difficult to go around with a stroller. The shower is a bit weird. You basically shower above the toilet. It's a bit odd at first, but the drainage works well enough.

Very helpful and kind staff. Very good communication via Booking chat. A big room with a very nice view to the Black Sea. Big parking lot. Nice breakfast and dinner. Big pool with numerous sunbeds. Nice garden with a playground for small children.

The bathroom was very small and there was a bad smell sometimes, but only inside the bathroom, in the room there was no smell.

We booked the all inclusive experience, and for the money we paid, I believe it was very good. The food was very good, we had diversity and the quality was ok, not too fancy, but very tasty. The pool big and water was warm, and the air conditioning in the room worked fine. I would go back there if I want a nice stay for a friendly budget.

Hot food was taken out too soon, and by the time it was served, it was already cold.

The rooms were clean and the staff were really nice. The pool was also cleaned every day. We got a sea view room and it was spectacular.

A little bit far from the sea but with all that free food and drinks, a few hundret meters of walking is recomended :))

We stayed 3 night/4 days. We only get one toilet paper. That's it. No cleaning in the rooms, no fresh towel, no shower gel/shampoo. The food was below average, the drinks the same. Expect for 2,3 employees all the staff was cold. A bad smell from the bathroom that appears at evening ( after 7,8 pm)

The pool. Big and clean 5 to 10 minutes walk from the beach. The price, accordingly to the season. The view( we stayed at 6th floor and we could see the sea)

Food was almost cold, drinks with AI only till 22:00, bathroom without shower pad, so floors are always full of water. In all week nobody cleaned the room, towels wasn’t changed, only the rubbish was taken out.

I like our room very much, it was big 40 sq.m. apartment with a balcony. A bit far to the sea - near 700m, but it is good for the health. All the staff - on the reception, in the bar, and also housekeepers were very nice and always have helped us.

The room was clean, but still there was some hair on the floor and towels. Quite cheap mattresses, not comfortable to sleep. For 1-2 nights it's ok, but no more.

Everything was fine. Combination of quality and price. Nice dinner and breakfast. English-speaking personnel. Possibility to pay for accommodation upon check-in. Black out curtains.

The shower was not very practical, was pretty small and if you're not careful you risk splashing the whole bathroom, but it's usable and works well.

The stuff was very friendly, rooms clean, food was slightly variated with each meal and there were planty of things to eat and choose from. Considering the price everything was just right. We liked that the pool was very clean and we had acces to the games room all the time. The distance from the nearest beach was about 800 m, but it was ok. We managed to get there and get back pretty quick. Overall we were very happy with everything the hotel had to offer and we may be considering going again in the future.

Too far from the beach, bad smell in the bathroom, no shower cabin, no bathtub. It is not the fault of the hotel but there have been tourists with bad behavior, not respecting other tourist's rights, occupying the swimming pool with aggressive games, talking very loud... We all pay for the same hotel and facilities so we all have the same rights using them

No shower cabin in the bathroom,just a fosset on the wall and tons of water everywhere. I did not like the breakfast variety:cheap food, only 2 cold cuts both pork, imitation cheese, awful orange juice! Far away from central golden sands. Also, in the bathroom it smelled like smoke,and from there the whole room, probably from the vent which connected to other rooms where people are smoking on the toilet🙄 overall not a good value for money

Awful smell in the bathroom from the shower drain (probably wasn't cleaned since the last season) but disappeared after one day, No minibar, We had to wear hotel's wristband

Maybe ...... the staff who don't know English and those who serve the restaurant sit and look at you how and what you eat.IT'S NOT OK.

It's not the first time I've been here and I like it every time, but now ...... the food ..... excellent. Congratulations to the chefs.

A bit far from the beach, air conditioning was very dirty, pillows were bad, small parking, frequent power outages, small elevators. Also there was a bad smell coming from the sewer from inside the bathroom.

Good food, you could always find something that you like, the room had sea view and pool, staff was friendly
