Beautyful place in Bulgaria. Comfortable rooms, beautiiful view. The owners were hospitable Very delicious and homemade food.

1. The staff weren't friendly the next morning. 2. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was delicious (banitsa, pancakes) but breakfast to me involves at least two cups of coffee. Having asked for and received a second cup of coffee, we were then asked to pay extra for the second cup, which is unacceptable. They can take it from the tip I left last night. 3. The large double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together, and mine creaked like mad with every movement. Generally the furniture in the guesthouse was cheap, which was at odds with the quality of the build. 4. There were no bars of soap for the shower, just liquid soap for the handwash basin.

The food was terrific. The meal we had when we arrived was lovely, and very fresh ingredients were used. The staff were very friendly the evening we arrived. I left them a tip. The location is stunning. The guesthouse was very comfortable.

Nothing fell short. Loved everything about our stay.

This was our second stay at this place and we're looking forward to our third. The hotel is clean, the views phenomenal, the area serene. The hosts/staff are amazing - so welcoming and caring. They really made our stay special. I highly recommend the food in the hotel - made to order fresh and delicious. It is the kind of experience that makes you fall in love with a place.

You need to park up the hill from the guesthouse. It is very steep to walk down so don't bring too much luggage

The views from this apartment are breathtaking. It is a really nicely designed and well equipped apartment. The breakfast is nice and the restaurant serves tasty food.

You need a car to get here, there isn't no bus or taxi to Gela and also no grocery shop in the village.

A small fridge in the room would have been great to store water etc. Also more storage facilities like shelves in the room or in the bathroom. But very upsetting: there's a huge dog locked up in a storage house close to the entrance. It's on a very short chain and is always just kept there, isn't allowed outdoors at all (I asked).Totally meaningless as a guard dog, since he can't do anything because of the very short chain. Just another example of cruelty to animals! I would never have chosen this place if I had known this in advance. This really destroyed the entire stay for me. I also noticed that other guests also reacted to the poor dog's living conditions. A shame because otherwise it's a beautiful place.

Spectacular view from our big balcony/terrace as well as from the dining area. Quick service and great food. Very nice surroundings.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view from our balcony was amazing! Also the staff was very nice and the varying homemade bulgarian breakfast was delicious. I can definitely recommend to spend some days in the Guest House Panorama and enjoy the peacefullness of Gela.

The guest house has an excellent location and a stunning view to the Rhodope mountains. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Really enjoyed the fresh mountain air! The hosts were great and helpful. All the food and drinks we enjoyed were home made and delicious! Really recommend the place.

We overheard the hosts commenting on us (their guests) in a not very polite manner. The old house where we stayed allows for preparing your own meals, which we did, we remained under the impression that our host would be happier with us, had we taken advantage of the restaurant they run there.

We arrived late at night. When we woke up in the morning and looked up through the big window... we enjoyed the best view ever - the whole valley laid beneath us! It was like magic! Great place, will definitely visit it again.

The place is at an amazing place, so quiet and beautiful. The village is situated at 1500m height surrounded by the mountain. The view is exceptional! The hosts were so friendly and the food was amazing! All of the previous comments were true so I will not repeat that. A perfect place for stay if you’re looking to escape from the busy everyday life and enjoy the piece and quiet of the nature. We will definitely go back there!

Great view from the room. Breakfast was nice and the hosts were helpful and ensured we had a good stay. We checked in quite late so we arrived when it was dark. The massive dog howling and barking was quite intimidating as you approached the guest house and the track to the hotel takes you down a very uneven road which is not ideal if you have a car rental. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and it provided great value for money.

We travelled a longer route and needed to break somewhere in the middle. We chose this little gem in the balkan and we’re very regretful we didn’t stay longer. The panorama that opened up from our window in the morning was absolutely mesmerising! The air - clean and crisp, even the tap water tasted so good… well, like real clean water - quite a commodity these days. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The place was exceptionally clean and the beds were quite comfortable. You can see the drive and desire in every stone of the building, every room, every breakfast - these guys are doing a stellar job at hospitality that most expensive hotels can envy for. My favourite greeting - the sweetest most gentle giant, the Alabay dog at the front. I will miss him forever!

We stayed in a 5 rooms apartment. Restrooms are only in a first floor, very small and combined with a shower. There are stairs to the second floor without railings.

Hosts are very kind and helpful. We stayed in an apartment with 5 rooms. It has a lot of space and amazing view, its own kitchen, a restaurant as a part of a guest house so you can cook by yourself or order. Breakfasts were delicious. There is a laundry machine in an apartment.

Getting to this place is an adventure itself! The beds are a bit small, but we slept very well. The entire guest house is fairly new, bright, has necessary amenities, and kept very clean! The views from there, the nature, the hospitality makes for a great experience. Warmly recommended.
