You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaThe location of the hotel is very good. The nature reserve creates a very pleasant and cool atmosphere. The food was of good quality and sufficient. The staff was very kind. The Manager of the Complex, Mr. Galin Dimitrov was always present and coordinated all the activities very well so that we tourists were very satisfied. I will return to this hotel next year. I highly recommend it.

RomaniaThe hotel is not maintained enough, the rooms are not cleaned, there is dust under the beds, cobwebs, the air conditioner has not been cleaned and is full of mold! The blankets and curtains are unwashed! The children's entertainment club in the Elitsa hotel is dirty, degraded, without enough toys, even with these minuses, the two animators are extraordinary, they do their job with the limited resources they have, they play with the children, they keep their attention! every evening they did a very nice disco program!
Quick access to the beach and the sea! Blue flag beach! quiet on the beach, enough place for children to play! lifeguards on duty! The food is good value for money, the dining room is clean, the serving and cooking staff are professionals! The food is good value for money! It is not salty and contains European varieties, 2 soups or soups, chicken, pork, fish or goat are served at each lunch! In the evening, grilled faveau or pork ribs! The manager solved our problem with the dirty room by relocating us to an apartment!

United KingdomWould have been nice to have cable tv or local stations showing on the room Tv's. It wasn’t a problem as I was out on the beach or exploring most of the time.
Amazing intercontinental breakfast! Just as I expected and better. The Bellboy Alexander had the best customer service Ive seen in a very long time, making sure my family was well taken care of. He deserves a raise! And the Chef/dinner organiser Kristina was so helpful in many ways and kept a pleasant smile. The food was great with a diverse choice of delicacies each meal time. The hotel had 4 meal time schedules.

RomaniaRenovate the rooms a bit more . Do something with the smell in the bathrooms and on the floors . Inspect rooms and fix things that are broken. like plugs , windows , handles . Indeed it is a 3 star hotel but some things need to work as intended no matter the stars Overall it was a pleasant stay
Food was fair ! Not all the things were tasty but the variety allowed you to find something to eat. It is a decent hotel this would be the best way to describe it . the fact that is next to the beach it is awesome. The staff was friendly and offered precious information regarding parking. We were with a baby and the staff managed to clean the room we should have stayed faster . Big thanks for that !
