It was problemes with sunbeds because you should wake up at 6 a.m. to be put on the list for access to the beach, ticket that was given at 8 a.m. All of this wasn’t communicated to us at the time of booking.

The craziest part was this- Wake up at 6 o'clock and sign for umbrella and beds and you cannot take the confirmations for them you need to come back after one hour VERY FUNNY and on top of it if you come after 8:30 there is no chance to get umbrella and beds 😂.And you go on beach you look plenty of them stay empty but the game continues

Food wasn't the best. It's an all-inclusive buffet, so I wasn't expecting fine dining. One of us is also vegetarian and couldn't eat much apart from vegetables and potatoes so perhaps not the best if you don't eat meat. Maybe a veg pasta or wraps etc would be good. The snack bar was good for pizza during the day, though.

We had a nice stay in the apartment on the 6th floor. It is advertised on booking.com as a 2 bedroom but the second room is in the living area. It was very spacious, so it wasn't an issue for three people sharing. The hotel is in a good location, right on the beach, so you can pop back for drinks and snacks. Our room had the most beautiful sea view. We enjoyed the facilities, the hotel was clean and we managed to park outside for free. The reception staff were really nice, and we also appreciated the lovely bottle of wine when we checking out. Thank you for this!

The parking lot is tok small and you have to take the car at 1 km away and they bring you back from there. same thing at departure, they take you to parking spot to get your car. didn”t tell me at the phone.

The booking/booking.com stated we have a sun umbrella and sun beds are included in the price, technically it was not true. You had to go by 6 am (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) to the reception when alreadyhad been a 30m long queue so were better of going there at 5.30 am (Why would you sleep when you are on holiday?) just for registering for the day, then you had to go down again at 8 oclock to get the ticket for the day then you had to go to the beach to take one before it was too late and at 9 am you had to go to see there the guy and hand over your daily. Otherwise you could have paid £13 a day if there was any left....Everything for the guests. If you went to have a meal at 45 mins before the end of the session the choice was limited or cold, in the middle of the meal time you had to queue and wait.

Food, thematic restaurants were really good, especially the sushi one. THe drink bar was very good as well, 99% of the staff was really nice.

Food in the restaurant cold so only went in twice but snack bar ok . Mini bar not restocked , 1 bottle of water for the week , 2 sachets of coffee on arrival but no more for the rest of the week. I always tidy my ro and make the bed but most hotel cleaners make the bed again properly but not here.

If you wanted to get a seat at the beach, all the guests had to wait in line starting with 6.00 AM for every morning to get tickets that had a limited number of seats for that day. So even if you stayed in line, the chance of not getting a ticket were really high.

the Italian restaurant and teppanyaki master chef Ivan are very good. the chef Ivan is a wonderful person and the food was sublim. He cooked in front of us and explained to us every detail and used ingredient. Also, the waitress Nicol was there to bring us everything. Overall, the teppanyaki experience was perfect.

You need to get up at 6 to get on a liat for a beach sunbed... and then go again at 8 to see if you woke ip early enough to get one - this is frustrating, and defeats the purpose of a holiday .... The food was okish, but too many sauces, minced meat - the foos is better at effect algara

The location might be great but it is very loud. The parking is 2 kilometers away from the hotel and when you arrive the security guard leads you to the other parking and returns you with their own mini van. They can take you to your car but only in their work hours. If you have an emergency in the evening you have to walk those 2 kilometers or take a taxi to your car.... The "resturant" that you dine in is very loud and chaotic and it seems the capacity of the resturant does not match the capacity of the hotel. They have a limited amount of "tickets" for the umbrellas and sunbeds, which is fine but you have to get up at 5:30 in the morning wait in line until 6:00am when they reserve a ticket for your room. If you just turn up at 6:00am the line is so big that you probably will not receive a ticket because they are so limited. Then you have to wait until 8:00am when they actually give you your ticket.

The hotel is at an excellent location, the beach is meters away. The staff is really helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and cleaners come in every day to change bedsheets and towels. The food is alright for an all inclusive style buffet. The pool bar and snack bar are awesome. It is great value for money.

So even if you stayed in line, the chance of not getting a ticket were really high. We stayed at the pool area anyway, becuase the sea and the beach were full of algae. Also, the hotel could use a bit of renovations, there were spots of rust in the bathroom and sometimes you could sense the awful smell the toilet plumbing.

Having all inclusive, the meals were very rich and diverse. The pool area was very nice. Nice entertainment for kids and adult, the aqua yoga and pool workout.

I didn’t like the cleaning. It was superficial. You must try your best. I came back in the room and it was sand in the floor, in the balcony nobody took the garbage and the very sad part the beach beds. 😔 In my holyday to wake up at 6o ‘clock to be written in a list,then at 8 o ‘clock to go downstairs to took the ticket it is not vacantion anymore.

The meals with ultra all inclusive are good,very good Hamburger 😊, the location near the beach, i was with my daugher and i like that it wasn’t noise.

I didn't like that we hadn't had free sunbeds, despite the fact that was specified in the hotel description. I had to be every day in line at the reception at 06.00 to sign up on a list because they only had 70 free sunbeds for more than one hundred rooms. In the case you didn't get one ticket, you'd have to pay 27 leva per day for 2 sunbeds.

I liked the food. The hotel had a good variety of meals.

The hotel is located near to beach bars and some days the noise was bigger than expected.

Perfect location, service is great - food and drinks were fresh and good quality, the a la carte dinners offered were also amazing. Cleaning around the pool basically all day.

They promissed free sun beds, but the number of tickets was too low. Also, people wake up at 5am in order to create a list for those tickets…so if you wake up at 7:30, there’s no sunbed for you.

1st, autopark is a big trouble. there is a limited car parking space inside the hotel, and no one knows that who and what they decide which car will park inside the hotel. Maybe value of cars talk or only European plate number cars. 2nd, when I have seen people who are in lobby in long queue every morning for free sunbed and umbrella I am shocked people wait like 45 mins, then hotel says, sorry free entrance cards unfortunately finished for beach. It's really like a joke. I paid Hotel like 1500 eur for 4 nights, and paid every day for beach entrance as well. Foods quality not acceptable Mexican night, foods are not Mexican Turkish night foods are not Turkish I feel so sorry about all people who prefer this hotel for vacation including us.

One single thing I didn’t like. We book a room with see side view, and we got a room with a view more overlooking the "neighbors". So, we imagined that when you get a room with a sea view, you see more of the "sea" part than other hotels. But everything else was perfect.
