Location is very convenient : very central, close to the gondola lift and every other facilities The Team did its best to provide me with breakfast, despite I had to take breakfast out of their service hours.

The rooms are a bit dated

The hotel is very close to the gondola that takes you up the mountain, loads of ski rental shops nearby. The food was really good (breakfast and dinner) and the spa facilities are fantastic!

Walls are really thin so you can hear “everything” in the other rooms. Glad I took ear plugs.

They show they have bathtubs, but they don't. The drainage in shower was clogged and they couldnt fix it. Lot of things worn out and not working. No ski room when you are in ski resort close to gondola? Dinners wew a bit poor.

Breakfasts were quite good and the pool warm and quiet.

1. There were faulty or burned light bulbs in our room, we couldn't use the bedside lights. 2. The food is of poor quality, especially the options of the dinner buffet. It was very disappointing. Also, the breakfast options were mostly the same every day, while in our previous stay one month ago there were more options, such as pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, fruit etc. During our stay this time the breakfast options were always the same, only the sausage option changed. 3. The pool has tiles missing or broken and our children had cuts on their hands and feet from the broken pieces. We found at least 12 broken tiles inside the pool. 4. The pool lifeguard was never there. We only saw him once for only a minute and he disappeared again. 5. There weren't any black out curtains in our room this time to block the morning sun like we had in our previous stay. Thankfully we wanted to wake up early to catch the early gondola ride up the mountain, so that was not a major issue.

The location is ideal, as it's right next to the ski rental store of our preference which is very convenient and only a short walk to the gondola. Also very close to the shops and restaurants. The staff were very kind. Our room was clean.

They advertise having parking, but have only 15 parkings in total; all the others must seek something themselves in the streets. 2 bubble baths and one hammam were out of order.

We were at the new anex building, and conection to it and also the facilities in it were very bad. It was little bit hard to reach from the reception and restaurant and with no wi-fi signal in the room. Although the room was new and cozy.

Spa is ok, breakfast and dinner also, with good variety and taste of food. Location is excellent, close to gondola and all the bars and shops in the main street.

When I arrived they had put me in the annex to the side of main hotel. This was very shabby. Second floor room and a broken lift. My room already had someone in and the whole place stank of cigarette smoke. There was no direct access to hotel facilities without having to walk up the street. I immediately returned to reception, refusing to stay unless I was in the main hotel building. After much discussion, they put me in an upgraded room in the hotel. From that point on, all was good. Be warned if you book here. Check where your room is.

One woman from staff of dining room was rude (not Polina) with no reason hotel building is old elevators noisy and scary Water on the floor of bathroom all the time coming from under the bath Jacuzzi in the spa is small and only one steam worked nice small kitchen but not even one teaspoon (4 coffee glasses+4 tall glasses and nothing else)

Location is great Near 'Tsakiris' near the Gondola Big room very comfortable beds Kitchen workers and Polina were very nice and helpful spa and swimming pool water boiler in the kitchen, bring tea or coffee from home or from the supermarket supermarket Aldo across the street

Food was just okay, I'm not expecting much when I order HB in Bansko, so it was okay, but better dine outside. No ski room, so get your equipment to a designated shop if you're coming with it.

Location was excellent, check in and out was easy and fast, nice swimming pool area, kids had lots of fun.
