- some ants in the bathroom (not the end of the world!) - more expensive than other better rated hotels in Potosi

- comfy beds! - good hot water and powerful shower - helpful staff - handy having so many good restaurants nearby - flexible with extending our stay and staying in the same room which was nice!

The bed was not the most comfortable (it sag in the middle too much for my liking) + the pillow was, at least for me, too chunky. I would also suggest the hotel to add a blind curtain to the standard curtains as the room’s window faces the external balcony where everyone could walk by and see through

The room was great - very comfortable boutique hotel in Potosí that kindly worked with us on our late arrival coming in from Uyuni. My son loved the cool upstairs loft in our room and we all appreciate the clean room and HOT SHOWER - lovely! The breakfast was very good, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and touring the local area - lots of shops and restaurants within a very short walk and easy to get to tourist sites like the Casa Nacional de la Moneda and to go on a walking city tour (arranged with help from the front desk) to see locations like the Convento Museo Santa Teresa. We enjoyed dinner one of the evenings at the restaurant in the hotel (so good!) and the center courtyard was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy sunny afternoons.

Breakfast was rather limited but the waitress offered to make us cheese toasties. The shower had very little power and the WiFi was poor

The room was big, clean and very comfortable. There is even a radiator, which was really great, as it can get cold in Potosi.The bathroom was great and also very clean, with hot water in the shower. There is a restaurant in the hotel, with good food. The location is perfect, a few meters away from the center. I stayed only one night but it was a very relaxing one. Probably the best hotel of my stay in Bolivia. Would definitely recommend !

The property is on a no car zone which reduces noise and makes it charming. However, accessing a taxi can be a challenge if you have luggage. Small inconvenience.

Beautiful old villa which is within walking distance to many attractions of Potosi. The staff was very helpful.

Absolutely no problems.

We enjoyed staying here. It was quiet, but only a block away from the main square in Potosí. Breakfast was good. We extended our stay here for an extra night.

This is going to sound really picky and I sound like a small minded English person but the level of English spoken at the hotel was poor. I know I should learn Spanish but more English.
