We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMosquitoes kept coming into the room, possibly through the gaps in the A/C unit from the outside. We were staying on the 10th floor so likely not from the hallway. Killed several each day, but should be expected, since this is Brazil.
Buffet breakfast was very good: scramble eggs, breads, juice, and fresh fruit. Location was within walking distance to Copacabana Beach and around the corner from the subway station. A/C unit was strong and WIFI was good.

PolandRooms could be refreshed. Almost no electric sockets or they are present is some crazy places: over 2 meters above the floor in the middle of the wall. It makes it hard to charge phone or other devices.
The staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is good. Great location.

QatarThere is only one elevator so you have to wait for so long or take the stairs which again are confusing. Wifi is not strong and stable. They charge a lot for snacks in the room.
The location is good and staff are welcoming and friendly the room is nice and clean. The terrace in the rooftop and gym area also are good.

PortugalVery old rooms, it urgently needs to be refurbished, cleaning staff showed up very late on most days, which was inconvenient. Some dusty and moldy spots in the room. Not at all vegan-friendly breakfast, it’s past time hotels should accommodate to that. The ac was very noisy.

FranceThe air-conditioner is noisy, which is a frequent problem, but also you have to climb om a chair to adjust it, which is not so usual. The swimming-pool is so small that it hardly deserves this name.
Comfortable room, optimal location in the best part of Copacabana, very good breakfast, very friendly staff (especially Rodolfo, who likes French people), reasonably quiet, good value.
