The windows. They are low and have no security whatsoever. And the drop is deep!( i was on 8th floor). I wouldn't want to stay there with a young child. One minor inconvenience is that there are no electrical outlets near the beds.

It was just about what you would expect from a 4* hotel at this (lower) price range. Spacious rooms, well furnished. Helpful, professional staff. It's located downtown (uphill). There were critics about that the hotel is in need of renovations. I hope they don't, because that would double the price!

We liked everything!

The staff is always kind, polite and helpful. The place is nicely clean. The breakfast is the Brazilian continental type with fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, sausages in tomato sauce, different kinds of breads and cakes, yogurt and grains, coffee and teas. We had an excellent view of the city centre from our windows and balcony and there was a warm welcoming sunshine inside the room during the afternoon.

I had no wifi in my room during my stay. The stuff refused to check me in anytime before 2 pm. They insist to charge for early check in even they said that they have rooms ready which is understandable, but it would be nice if they could be a little flexible.

Centrally located, but quiet hotel room, close to shops, bars, restaurants, parks. 16 minutes walk to the main bus station. clean and spacious room. The breakfast was nice with many options. You can leave your luggage at the hotel after check out.

The hotel is old and makes sure to show you that. From the absurd and arbitrary list of rules, to bedrooms completely unprepared for people living in the 21st century. From bedrooms without a chair or a table (had to move rooms 4 times until they finally found one with a table and chair I could use for work), to TV and AC units from a lifetime ago and a very poor and slow internet connection (about 2mbps) I can say that this is a nightmare for anyone that needs to exist in the present. Don't book, unless you're interested in seeing how things used to be in the 90's.

Apart from the location and the breakfast (included), there's very little to like.

breakfast was not great, and the aircon remote didn’t work. we had to wait all morning for someone to explain that the aircon worked by using a switch on the side of the bed. the bathroom smelt of damp and there wasn’t a lot of plug sockets around the room. also very noisy at night.

This hotel is a total waste, should not be in business.horrible

The hotel is poorly managed, bad smells, mold, Shower dirty, not a single remote control worked, not a single chair nor table in the room.Television channel’s horrible. Not to mention at bedtime no outlet at the headers board for recharging phones or tablets. Towels old and not clean.

This was literally my worst experience at any hotel around the whole world. This location is trash and just needs to be torn down. The staff was ok, but we got to a dirty nasty room. Sheets smelly and torn. Pillows flatter than a frying pan. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet. The mattress was hard old and brown. The bathroom probably the worst part. The floors and walls were dirty and had mold growing in the grout. The shower water never heated up. My wife and I had to take cold showers. The a/c was stuck on 24 degrees Celsius. This place is disgusting. We slept anyway and decided to show our concern in the morning. The staff showed no sympathy at all and offer nothing to us. They completely ignored our complaints. Literally my worst experience at any hotel.

The most awful breakfast I ever had in hotels, nothing to eat at all, very poor. No wifi in the room. Rooms even remotely do not look as they are on photos here. No gel or shampoo. Very narrow dangerous parking

Hotel employees are exceptionally hard working and helpful. Premium location near to everything
