My husband was not feeling well on the day we left and I asked to leave a couple hours later for that reason and was told that we had one hour only, because the hotel was full. She suggested to take him to the hospital when he just needed a little time to get better. The lack of care or simpathy by that person made me decide to never go back to your hotel again!

The hotel room and most facilities were slightly outdated but I understand the hotel is undergoing an renovation at the moment. I have not seen the new rooms yet.

The size of the room and the free upgrade so we had a view over the ocean. Breakfast was really nice too, there was a lot of variety of food to choose from and the breakfast area was spacious. The location of the hotel, very close to the beach was good. We took an Uber to get to nice restaurants in the surroundings.

I noticed mold and leaks in the hotel hallways and inside of my room. Also, the AC is old and really loud. Finally, I could not figure out how to turn off the light in the bathroom.

This hotel is in a great location. My room was nice and big.

The room was considerably worn down. The toilet was usable but on a very poor state considering that the hotel is listed as a 5star. Some signs of leaks on the corridor and mold on the door frame did not promote the best of the stays.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The proximity to the beach is also a big plus. Bed was comfortable!!

There are not many restaurants or shops nearby that you can walk to. So plan on a cab or Uber to go out anywhere.

Location is great for the beach which is right across the street. Nice views from the hotel rooms. The breakfast was excellent each day and the pool bar patio was a nice place to get some sun and a cod drink. Overall, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has already seen better times. 1. On our first day we got stuck in the elevator, it stopped several times between the floors, the door opened and we could see the ceiling and part of the outside door which was closed. Finally the elevator stopped at some other floor and we got out and walked on the emergency stairs to our floor. 2. When the automatic air conditioning switches on it operates at quite a high noise level like a Boing 747 is lifting off. I would say if you can get a room at a good price it is worth to stay here.

The rooms are big and they all have view to the sea. The staff is friendly and you get some of the amenities you would expect from a higher standard hotel.

the hotel was under renovation and it looked a bit like a construction area. The bathroom could be renovated soon in my opinion.

The rooms and main areas of the hotel were very dated. The outlets in our room were not properly fixed to the wall. And in the bathroom, the outlet was half removed from the wall to attach an additional cable to a mirror — a safety hazard. It seems that some floors of the hotel were already renovated but ours was not. the mirror was clouded and the paint was coming off the walls. This needs work.

The proximity to the beach was great, as was the short distance to the mall an airport. Even a trip to the city was only short. The view of the beach and the breakfast were really great!
