Bathroom floor wasn't totally clean, but it wasn't a big deal, because it was a minor thing.

Nice breakfast with hot meal, large variety of bread. juice, coffee and yogurt. A cleanroom with nice pillows and a wonderful shower. Nice restaurant with average prices.

The renovation is causing confusion. The staff forgot to wake me up. Then at the last day I paid for late checkout in advance and after the normal checkout time I kept getting numerous calls and was disturbed twice by staff knocking at my door with the do not disturb sign displayed The front desk was generous to not charge me for the last day mini bar expenses as a form of spontaneous compensation. I think they probably are better than this. I do understand the problems generated by the renovation but this kimd of stuff has nothing to do with the renovation itself. I'll give it a second chance but FYI if you don't have much patience avoid it until it's over

Single pane windows: noisy, both due to traffic, ambulances, motorbikes and constant plane arrivals and departures. Appearance of rooms: very worn paint, soiled furniture, dirty-looking electrical face-plates.

Breakfast: nice to have fruit and hot options. However, no variation during the week Bed: firm, but bouncy and a bit small (standard double) for a couple. Clean linens. View nice from room. Nice pools, including a very warm wading pool and cool, but comfortable swimming pool.

It was great for one night layover in Sao Paulo. The room is comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel shuttle bus took 5 mins and dropped me right to the airport terminal.

The mattress wasn't comfartable at all. It needs to be replaced or, at least, turned over. The courtains are so thin and, when the sun starts to rise, it is not possible to sleep any longer. The room is awesome, it just needs some blackouts on the windows. Also, the TV was not working.

I required high floor and was given a room on 11th floor in a 22 floors Hotel. No view for the Airport too because there is a building in front of the view Here comes some aspects that put us down; Lift takes very long to reach the floor, specially busy hours. Breakfast is well organised (staff is helpful and friendly) but there are not many options as we expected for the price we paid. The room is OK but could be refurbished easily. The toilet is disgraceful, flush is very weak, old vase, clogged sink drain, sink the faucet handles are loose. The shower water starts weakening while on shower, and shower is too old. It is also a very small toilet. There is a shampoo and conditioner pump but was not refilled. Toilet should be all refurbished. Hotel do not provide cradle, please remove It from this Hotel in Booking.com listing. We required on reservation but was not provided. Unfortunately we felt this Hotel prioritise corporate/business guests so It is not so family friendly. The staff is very family friendly but not the Hotel amenities. Wi-Fi in our room was disgraceful. We did not have our room number in the system to log in so we had to log in as Hotel visitors, which the signal was poor and the connection was failing all the time. Manager should pay more attention to details.

The Hotel is very well located. Room size (suite) is great. Hotel staff do the extra mile and are very helpful and understanding. Room is quiet but not soundproofing. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly but Reception is oftenly too busy.

I didn't like the bathroom cleaning. I found urine stains on the toilet seat. And lack of cleanliness of bathroom mirrors and shower glass. How can I believe they follow cleaning protocols after seeing that. They could also take extra objects and decoration maintenance care.

The location is great, near the airport. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The Hotel is fine, location is amazing, for us the only problem was the noise from the cars, it was not so easy to sleep tight.

Electrical contacts sparkle when something was plugged, carpet didn't look like it's been clean often. I advise to take slippers. Didnt account on the fact that everything was 220 voltage. The worst was the tv light, when turned off, the tv's power light is so brigh I couldn't sleep without having to unplug the tv every single night.

Breakfast was very good tasting. Fruit was sweet, lots of bread just eggs and ham as protein. Pool looked nice but I didn't get a chance to go in. You could order uber eats which was a nice change of routine.
