Most of the reception staff do not have a good command of English which can be an obstacle for learning things about the city you are in and about its surroundings. Luckily these difficulties are overpassed due to smart apps.

As an European, going to Manaus, the heart of Amazonas state of Brazil, was sort of fulfilling a life time's dream. Therefore I have to admit that details such as "how good was the breakfast?" are absolutely insignificant... (the breakfast was OK, by the way). I would have gladly used the pool on the roof of the hotel (which is perhaps its main asset because from the height you can have a wonderful panorama of the city) but on the day when I had the availability to do it, a small storm broke out.

Large room with good facilities. The staff Marco and Moacir were very helpful. Most people here speaks Portuguese only, and I had a very hard time setting up the simcard as all instructions were in Portuguese. I felt very glad with their help. Marco was even trying to use Mandarin to communicate with me!

More people for the breakfast, was a bit to crowdy in the morning.

Staf spoke good english and one guys spoke german. Not that its important but for travelers its nice to know. Pool, bar and restaurant were nice to have as well.

The shower didn’t seem to ever get hot hot which was a bit of a shame as everything else really met the standard. The aircon leaked a fair amount.

The room was really great; spacious and well thought out. The bed was comfy. The pool / gym area were lovely ammenities. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Buffet style with fruit, pastries, hot items, made to order omelettes… was amazing.

The Wi-Fi unfortunately didn’t reach to my room which caused some inconvenience.

I have to start by mentioning how friendly the staff is. My husband doesnt speak Portuguese and the reception staff make him feel very welcomed by speaking English and trying their best to communicate. Their Pitaya Gin and Tonic cocktail is amazing! One of the best G&T I ever had Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and offered a good variety. We had dinner there once and it was also really good for the price

The restaurant does not have many options and the food is not good. It would be great to improbe the laundry service in the night.

Ordered a burger from room service but they couldn't attend to me in English over the phone. When we did get our burgers it left me with a very bad stomach and couldn't eat anything solid for 48 hours afterwards. Not sure it was their fault (my partner was fine) but it wasn't a great start to our Amazon adventure.

Nice spacious room, front desk staff very friendly and helpful, useful to have a little shop on the premises, breakfast looked fine but I could only eat toast (see negative comment below for reason why) and the toaster didn't work

The pool area could really do with some renovation, old looking tiles and pool could be made to look a lot nicer. Our bathroom had a bad smell I believe it was the drains.

Great location for exploring Manaus town and not far from the airport. Breakfast had a good selection. Room size was good and good views from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
