To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PortugalBreakfast was very "ok" nothing special. Bread was always stale and eggs tasted like plastic... Rooms could use with a refurb as some of the furniture was quite damaged.
The rooms are big, hotel is lovely. Facilities are great also with a gym and pool

CanadaAt the time of our stay the main elevator was under maintenance so everyone used the service elevator. This just made for longer wait times for the elevator to arrive. This will be resolved, though, once the main elevator is fixed.

United States of AmericaThey put us in a room next to construction (that will last for 2 more years or of this review. ), despite having other rooms available. We ended up having to switch our room twice (the 2nd room had a clogged toilet), and the 3rd room had a room that was inaccessible, which had the remote to the air conditioning. Occasional bugs.
The location was conveniently close to the airport.

They were very accommodating to a pet stay. Super friendly staff. Smooth check in and out. Nice size one bedroom apt with great AC .

ChinaStayed 3 days, no one cleaned the rooms, the hotel looks dirty, service is poor for the price they charge. Very confusing reception hall, but the worst part is really lack of cleaning.
The only thing good in this hotel is the restaurant and the view from the top. End of it.
