The social elevator wasn’t working, as well the AC was malfunctioning and making noise, when contacted the reception, they said it is normal.

The location is amazing, very close to restaurants and malls in a walking distance, the breakfast was very good.

Everything you need in central Sao Paulo. Easy access to main Street by foot. The valet service is wonderful the guys who work there will go above and beyond to look after you. This was my second time returning and will always be my go to hotel for Sao Paulo for future visits.

The climatization never worked propelly. Either because the room temperature was always higher than the expected or because the air conditioner unit wet the bedroom floor. There was only one elevator working.

Location is nice. The room is well furnished with working table, confortable bed and nice shower. Breakfast carefully prepared, with many and diverse options. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful.

Very minor point but the decor of the room and bathroom is looking a little outdated. They are still in very good condition but just the style is a little old.

Everything was great. The room was very clean, the shower was hot and strong. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Location was very central yet the room was also very quiet which allowed me to sleep well.

The rooms are dated and on our 2nd stay the luxury room wasn't as comfortable as the standard one (for my personal taste). The gym looks like a prison cell

Great location as very close to avenida paulista and not too far from the park. The breakfast and room were both great. An added bonus was that you could access netflix on the TV. The hotel also let us leave our luggage after check out and we were able to use the shower later in the day after we collected our luggage too.

The beds were too small as well as the room. I though the room would be bigger for the price I payed. The bathroom is OK.

The location in Sao Paolo is great. Jardins is a safe neighborhood and close to Paulista Avenue. Many restaurants around.

There was one night when I couldn't sleep because of the noise. It was like machines' noise, building noise related to air conditioning, water running, heaters, I dont know what. That was the only bad thing.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Just 2 streets away from Av Paulista, which is full of museums, cultural centers, shops, restaurants, malls, coffee shops, drugstores, etc. It's also very close to Trianon Park. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great too. The buffet is complete and delicious. The room was small but comfortable. The tv had streaming accounts to use so that was very helpful too, especially with my son.
