Water did not drain out of the shower very well so that the bathtub filled when using the shower.

Location after a long flight was a real bonus. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Friendly, professional staff. Always clean, nice linens. I love the design of the rooms. The toiletries are good quality and well labeled. (as opposed to other places, where you need glasses to see what you're picking up) The Alt is my "go to" hotel when flying out early, or arriving late as it is so convenient to the airport. The pizza at the restaurant is great.

I mean… it’s pretty expensive for what you get. But when you need a hotel at an airport, you need a hotwl at an airport! They do what they do well.

The staff were really nice, the room was clean modern and comfortable (although small), the location is 10/10 for the airport - the train goes right there, the bar was open until 1am and the food (served until 12:30am) was very good. It was perfect for an unplanned airport layover after a terrible day of travel chaos

Pillows seem to have downhill and bar service was poor.

We have always liked the ALT hotel. A very consistent product with comfortable rooms and bed. Location is great and nice to be connected to the airport via the train (10 minutes). Great pizzas

Expensive for what you get but your paying for the location.

Very convenient location to get early flights! Room was a good size. Staff were friendly they got us checked in early!

12 hour stay at a price tag that seemed to be set for the location convenience. Restaurant quite pricey!

Quality seems to have dropped over the years,e.g.no toiletries and not even a bottle of water in room. It has become very basic. Blind in room broken also coat cupboard neither of which were able to be fixed in real time.

Getting off the train we were a little confused as the Hotel access is not clearly marked on the train level. We didn't realize we had to go down a level and access hotel from outside. It would have been great if the hotel sent out access directions before arrival. I realize I could have researched it better, but when you are tired after a couple of long-haul flights, we weren't in our prime for adventure! :)

bathroom door that opens and shuts right in front of the toilet is ridiculous...see Alt Hotel in Calgary for a better design...food in the restaurant could use a little more variety ..

The price is high.

This is a beautifully designed hotel just across from the airport train, so the perfect location for an early flight connection. The restaurant is also great.

Doors on bathroom are impractical..restaurant needs a little more variety and the kitchen staff need more attention to detail - wrong food order ..folding boxes and not washing hands before tossing cheese on pizza … food safe refresher in order…wait staff were great ..need fridge in room ..Alt hotel in Calgary has better setup with two choices of restaurant and better bathroom configuration..still love Alt hotel

Hard to find. Signage leads you to viscount station and then nothing. Spent half an hour going up and down in elevators trying to figure where hotel was. Didn't realize I needed to go outside and walk down the block to hotel. Rooms are REALLY small, ok for one person but definitely not for 2 at almost $300 per night. If I traveled with spouse would definitely pay more for larger room at Sheraton and not have to walk outside in winter

LOVED that they have a lower daytime rate I was able to use when my flight was delayed 12 hours.
