Some updates needed. Old TV, mini fridge appeared as if it has leaked before, ac/heater casing was cracked and falling off the unit.

Nice facility, easy to find, good for the price. Like the ease of access with patio doors to the room.

The parking area didn't look friendly. I did not want my wife to go to the car while parked, in the event an undesirable individual approached her. The gym is small and neither the treadmill nor the stairmaster worked. We had to use the stationary bicycle which sort of worked.

We stayed at a very spacious room and this was very enjoyable. The swimming pool is very nice.

Hotel room had a big comfy chair, only to find out it was broken. Remote control, various buttons did not work. The smell of POT was disgusting! On arrival, you had to walk through it at the side entrance, which it continued throughout the hallways. And the smell was off & on all weekend seeping into the room.

Great location for a Leafs vs Sens weekend. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants & shopping near by.

The room could use some updating and more thorough maintenance. The heating unit blew cold air over the room for a few seconds at a time even when the system was turned off. If we had the unit on, the blowing air was a more reasonable temperature. The parking lot was not plowed well at all despite heavy overnight snow, and the steps didn't look salted enough.

The pool is outstanding. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, there's a restaurant attached and several very near by. Easy access to the highway and a very reasonable drive to downtown Ottawa. Possibility to park your car right outside your room, for free (though we didn't take advantage of this due to deep snow that would stop us walking from our patio to the car).

Advertised and sold as including breakfast. We didn't even receive a continental breakfast or a cup of coffee. Very disappointing when we were told breakfast would be at 7am and you have children with you and now you have to go out to find breakfast. Then you are told there is a restaurant attached to hotel where you can buy breakfast. No thank you we dined elsewhere. Beds were not comfortable at all.

Reseverd the room for my girlfriends birthday a couple days later paid for the up grade, which i thought was a soaker tub and fireplace. Turns out i only upgraded the fire place which didn't work.

Room was big and clean, location was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great at the high fives restaurant attached to the hotel.

I would have liked daily housekeeping, not having to request it. Thus my low score on value for money. I would prefer a quick breakfast area and not having to go to a restaurant.

Pool was clean and open. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Front staff was helpful.

We were not informed the place was under renovation, it looked like Bates Motel. The price was too much to pay for.

Walls were thin, we could easily hear the loud neighbors.

Bed was especially comfortable. EV recharge station was easily accessible. Hotel and room were wheelchair friendly.
