To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaEverywhere seems narrow and dark, cameras in the hallways but no one removed the garage infront of the adjacent room. Pool looked dark and uninviting. I dont think it was worth the money I paid for a night. Oh also USB charges were on lamps and plugs 10 yrs ago, but you don't have any.
Room was clean and decent in presentation, had a small liquor store and restaurant.

CanadaThe front staff was helpful but there was a lot of chattering and laughing while they were checking you in, not very professional. The wifi only worked on the first 3 floors, so if you’re staying on the 4th, you’ll be lucky to get it. To some that’s not a big deal but for others it can be disappointing.

CanadaElevator was very sketchy and fell while we were in it. Could definitely use a bit of maintenance. Besides that, the rooms were clean and comfortable for our stay. Happy with the amenities and was great for an overnighter to squamish.
In the area we needed to be for the wedding we were attending. Liquor store was handy and attached to the hotel. Pretty standard hotel for the price. Price was good and amenities were good as well. Could use a bit of updating.

United States of AmericaToilet clogged and I had to plunge it myself. Noise complaint at 11 because the 4 year old cried at bed. Staff make you come down to front desk to get towels, etc. Staff gave us a room that we were not supposed to have a dog in, despite checking in with a pet. No late check out. Luke warm hot tub could be cleaner.
Staff were friendly and let us stay later in the pool when we checked in late. Kids loved the slide. Gave us 30 extra min to checkout because we had lots of kids and stuff.
