The pillows were flat, doors are thin, not thick/heavy and sound proof like a hotel. A bit nerve wrecking because it was me and my daughter travelling alone. I am strong enough to kick it open, therefore, so can anyone else if they wanted to get in.

Everything was nice and the customer service was on point. Easy to contact customer service and all my questions were met. When I had a concern they were quick to fix it.

Initially when I booked we didn’t understand the number of units that shared the common areas- being only two, we were concerned that we could potentially be in this house with a lot of other people and no one to act as host on site which would be a true ‘guest house’. It would be a great spot for a very large connected group- not so great for a couple. We ended up on our own but there was no guarantee of that so we were a little on edge about the secure nature of that. The carpets and paint are getting a little tired. Everything else functioned well and staff was helpful.

The location was fabulous for our needs- right near the Ira Needles corridor.

Shared bathroom and shared spaces with a number of guests is always a little odd. Was advertised in the booking so not a surprise but still awkward.

Clean and comfortable, easy check in and check out. Very affordable and fairly close driving to central Waterloo. Staff communication was very good as well

The coffee makers need to be replaced, some of the pillows also. However the condo was roomy.

We made our own breakfast, the coffee makers were not functional, two out of three the coffee was coming out of the top of the carafe as the coffee was dripping into it. In the studio, the bedsheets did not appear to be clean, and the toilet seat had tiny hair on it.

The only issue I had was when I was using the laundry facilities. There was a washing machine and a dryer available in the basement, which the housekeeping staff used as well. I had a rather long stay and had to do some laundry, and some of the white fabrics ended up with a slight brown smudge. Not sure if it was from the washer or the dryer.

The location was very nice with a quiet neighbourhood and close to the Boardwalk mall with lots of bus routes available. All the necessary facilities were available with everything in working order. House was maintained nicely with no issues.

I upgraded the dishcloth and tea towels from the dollar store for future use. I also left dishwasher soap behind. Forks, knives, and spoons were low quality but might be due to loss.

Close enough to ride your bike to mtb at Hydrocut Waterloo mtb park. The Boardwalk Store Plaza across the street has a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Not far from Costco. A few minor points away from a 10. The location exceeded my expectations.

During the week there were hammer and drill sounds all afternoon because the unit below was passing through a renovation. Sometimes it was too loud.

The space is gorgeous! Awesome kitchen and a very comfy sofa. The location is perfect and the autonomy was great! It was beautiful and clean and we had a great time there.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

We're seniors and found that the stairs were steep and the steps narrow. We had to be careful on them. Please caution future guests if they are seniors. Some suggestions for improvement (not to be taken as criticism): 1. The size of bedding could better match the size of the king bed. 2. A few more towels would be appreciated. 3. The curtains covering the patio could better match the width of the door. 4. Change the batteries in the door locks more often (perhaps once a year?). (We came back to the unit at about 10 PM one night to find the outside door locked and the batteries too weak to unlock the deadbolt. If it weren't for the person in the upstairs unit letting us in, I'm not sure how long it would have been before the person answering the phone could have helped us. 5. Zone temperature/AC control would be appreciated. (Temperature/AC was controlled in another unit.) Generally the temperature was OK but there were a few times when the AC was too good.

In this upgraded suite, we liked the layout and the features: Full refrigerator, washer & dryer plus small appliances. Parking was good. Excellent bathroom. Keypad entry is a good idea. It was a great unit and relatively quiet (we did hear the people upstairs occasionally)
