Breakfast buffet could be improved with more vegetarian options.

The team very kindly upgraded our booking so we had an entire suite to ourselves at no extra cost!! A huge thank you for this :) Very clean. Plenty of on-site parking. Short distance from nearby restaurants, and a short drive from the centre of Montreal.

We couldn’t control the temperature in our room, we were all sweating, but next day they fixed that.

The room is very big which was nice for a family of four with 2 kids.

The only downside it was the water pressure of the shower which there was almost no pressure.

Love the included breakfast but I wish it wasn't so restricted in the hours. Every time I stay I feel rushed to get to the breakfast room and then to finish eating. It would help if we were allowed to make a take out plate.

I had a kitchenette but no towel to dry the dishes and no kettle.

My room was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good but not enough room to sit. Especially that they don't want guests to bring food out of the breakfast room.

No microwave inside room, swimming pool and sauna. The furniture is a little outdated and some stains on hallway carpet. Hallway is dim. Perhaps better lighting will brighten up this beautiful place.

The hotel looks luxury like those upscale New York hotels. It comes with hot breakfast and 24 hours free coffee, hot water and microwave in the breakfast room. The room was very spacious for our family. It comes with a small fridge. I wish they provide us with microwave, so we don't have to go downstair to the breakfast room to heat up our food. It doesn't have facilities like swimming pool, sauna, spa or restaurant. Lastly, the staffs were very friendly.

As I mentionned in my booking I was traveling for work and needed a quiet space to work and sleep in. I had room #317 which was on the third floor next to a few suites so I thought it would be a good fit. Unfortunately my room was right in front on the only elevators and guests were extremely loud traveling back and forth all throughout the night some even shouting with no consideration for people who were trying to sleep. The room was quite the opposite from sound proof. I had to sleep with ear plugs in both night. It's unfortunate but common sense and manerism are just not common anymore.

Breakfast doesn't stand even close to the quality of the room. If we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, I would give it a 10! Cheap products, plastic cutlery, not good, not nice, not tasty. Was able to choose something to eat, but it was not easy. Coffee is really bad, omelet is artificial, sausage is the cheapest sausage made of toilet paper, and so on... the best advice - skip the breakfast and you will be VERY happy about your stay :)

We had a junior suite 60m2 - it was spacious and had everything we needed. The room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and the parking was plenty just outside. We liked the room and extended our stay for one more night.

The water pressure of shower was not strong enough. Inconvenience was the microwave located in the ground floor only.
