Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe sheets were papery, not thin but felt like paper! It was an interesting texture, however the towels were super soft! The water in the shower went from scalding hot to freezing and luke warm in between without touching the taps. Made it difficult to shower. The front desk said they would have maintenance look at it as that should not be happening.
The room was large, full kitchen including an oven, decent beds, good view. Having a full kitchen is helpful for a longer stay. The cafe at the hotel is a bonus with a variety of breakfast, snack and lunch items. The hotel itself is clean and has fast elevators. The staff are friendly and helpful. $10 gift card to the cafe for not requiring housekeeping is a good idea.

United States of AmericaWe thought breakfast was included. Washing drier not working so had to walk to laundromat.
Great location. Reasonable price I think. We could choose to not have room cleaned and receive vouchers in return.

United KingdomIt says it has a Spa but it’s far from a Spa. It’s a pool in a dingy basement which is totally unwelcoming and for this reason we didn’t use it. I’d have never gone on my own for sure.
The location was excellent

CanadaIt was minor things for us...the bed was low and hard..so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep as every movement woke the other person, and we couldn't get comfortable for long. A garbage can other than the one in the bathroom would also be a plus as there was garbage from drinks, and snacks, packaging, so the one garbage filled quickly.
The room was spacious, and even came with a kitchenette. The hotel and room was clean, staff were friendly, and the room was turned over daily. There was ample space to charge phones and other devices, and we had a great view. The location was also excellent for transportation.

CanadaThe hotel has been renovated. The only problem is that, in my opinion, the renovation didn't go far enough. For example, the bathroom remained old and small and without any ventilation. The kitchen, albeit functional, is also old.
Good location. The room we stayed at was big and was renovated. If you refuse housekeeping, the hotel provides a voucher for $10 to be used in the cafeteria downstairs, just make sure to hang the sign before 2am! The cafeteria is actually very good and with reasonable prices. Keep in mind, though, that not all rooms are renovated. If you prefer to buy something to eat in the room, there is an IGA store nearby.

South KoreaThe only problem I had with the hotel was the bathtub was not draining well. Other than that, everything was great. But the price was still a little pricey.
I had breakfast at the hotel. It was fantastic. I've been to a couple of places for breakfast during my stay in Vancouver and one I had in this hotel was the best!

United States of AmericaThe AirCon (A/C) stopped working on day 3; the other electric stove did not seem to work. Neither was critical for our stay but I would imagine both not working could be problematic for others.
At the top of the list is the world-class service. Every single person we encountered exemplified gracious hospitality. The hotel was also nearly immaculate—kudos to your housekeeping army! Lastly, the hotel was situated perfectly in terms of its proximity to the sights and sounds that define Vancouver but set back enough from the hubbub of Granville to make for peaceful evenings. Big plus is that there were two Tim Hortons within two blocks of the hotel!
