We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This is a old hotel in need of a renovation. I picket it for the location near the airport, and it was perfect for that. No frills hotel or location so I wouldn't recommended it for families. It looks perfectly safe , just nothing to do for miles. Access to the hotel from the road is confusing at best. No sign for the hotel as of 07/06/2023 so I had to take back roads using the GPS.

CanadaIt was was dirty inside the room, the staff did not do a very good job cleaning or preparing the room before I stayed there. The “breakfast” is not really a breakfast as they have a little bit of yogurt and fruit and offer toast and cereal.
It was close to the airport and I was able to book a room for the night that I was booking on, as I was searching for a hotel room due to a cancelled flight.

CanadaThe bed was in BAD shape. It sagged terribly and when I looked underneath it, the frame looked like it had cracked at one point. The air conditioning was good at cooling the room but it did nothing to decrease the dampness. This resulted in both the carpet and the bed feeling soggy - most uncomfortable. It was lowest price I could find near the airport but it was a second rate hotel that is in need of some serious repairs and retrofitting. Wyndham should be apologetic about having it in it's portfolio. Staff were lacklustre and didn't seem to care much about the client or the job.
The location was good in that it was close to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was made up well.

United States of AmericaThis is a motel, run-down, needing repairs. I paid CAD 217 for a night, which hopefully was inflated due to to F1 race, but if that is the normal price it is way overpriced. There isn't much around for food/drinks.
I was able to book this last minute when my flight was cancelled and it is close to the airport, which was helpful.

CanadaCheck in was underwhelming. Advised I was with someone who had been injured and inquired if there was a wheel chair onsite-there was not. Used the office chair from our room!! Almost resorted to the luggage cart, which again when I asked if there was someone to help with luggage or a cart given I was managing my injured friend and all of our luggage, was simply pointed to "there being one over there". There were hairs (not ours in the bathroom), cords for vaccuum left in the hallway near our room (again given mobility issue...we were more conscious), reception staff didn't know how much coffee was that was just 10 feet from them when I asked. No free coffee in the room, or lobby.
