Definitely not enough glasses for drinks. Only four. So we had to keep re-washing. Mattresses a little hard. Couldn’t get the two TVs in the bedrooms to work and no clear instructions. But the rest was great.

Location. Space for all and plenty towels sheets blankets. Balcony. Having washer drier and full kitchen. Surprised Bunks were double beds not single bunks

The room in general is outdated, needs a refresh. The bedroom is a little smaller, the window blind cannot be closed all the way due to the A/C unit intake(lack of privacy) Bathroom was a little dirty due to the age I believe, not for the lack of cleaning. I wouldn't recommend this room for a family with a small baby due to the loud noise coming from the club right across the building.

The location was excellent, in the center of Whistler village, walking distance to everything. The living and dining area is quite large

kitchen was lacking in utensils(poor quality), no spaghetti spoon, dull knives, limited pots and cooking pans, only one ice cube tray that was broken(needs 4 trays), needs kureig machine, needed more toilet paper, only 3 rolls, and no paper towel.!!! parking garage was under painting construction and inaccessible, no A/C(when we were there it was 30 degrees😡, Broken fans unusable!!!! Can open didn’t work!! needs replacement.! Front bathroom shower didn’t drain(unusable😡😡). window in 2nd bedroom doesn’t open, seized!!

the 'cleaning fee' is pretty high, especially because it was 1 adult staying in the room and for 1 night, this should be re-considered.

It was really confusing getting to the Reception, when you put the address in you don't see any a blackcomb vacation rental sign anywhere. I then went into deere Lodge to ask for help and they said, yes you are at the right place... But you are staying at a different building. Very confusing, after a long day travelling to get there it was a pain to say the least. You then get a code and you need to enter this long code 3 times before you get onto the apartment...

The couch was comfortable.

checkout is too early 10am reception didn’t confirm late checkout until the morning we were leaving instruction sheet says to take out garbage, put dishes in dishwasher but we’re paying a $200 cleaning fee - def not acceptable

Carpets could use a cleaning and walls washed. Instructions in green book need to be updated for TV and would be helpful if this was left on the kitchen counter not stored in a drawer. Also not impressed that I had to pay an expensive cleaning fee but was responsible for taking out the trash, etc. Is that not what the part of cleaning is? Check out is way too early!

Great stay, little confusing trying to sort out where the front desk was. Nice place and would definitely stay here again. Good location, just on the edge of the village and close to everything.

Hall way noise. Some people came in late and did not lower their voices. Leave instructions for gas fireplace. in the end , did figure out how to turn it on. Perhaps, leaving some salt and pepper .

Location was very good . Little bit of a hike to walk to lift at the center of Village. Little children would get tired. Could catch the shuttle as alternative with children . well appointed kitchen to do breakfast/ snacks.

Checking out soo early like 10 am , we pay for cleaning fee like 120cad but it says we need to go down the underground garbage bins to bring garbage from kitchen n washroom ,and we need to wash the dishes too

Location wise is good ,clean room ,clean carpet,nice plates n pots n pans and staff are nice and very helpful,didnt use the parking and they refunded yhe 23cad.

Dirty dishes in the cupboard with caked on food. Found a broken wine glass behind the tv when trying to figure out why the tv would t work, it wasn’t plugged in. couldn’t get the TV in bedroom to work.

LOCATION was perfect for our little family if 3. Right in the lower village, perfect to walk anywhere!

The dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. The door to one of the closets was broken, as well the door to the utility room.

We liked the location, the configuration of the apartment. There is a washing machine in the suit.
