No tea bags in the room, no cookies, everything is super basic, no cafe or restaurant or bar on site.

I like the staff members being very supportive and accomodating the late check out request. The room upgrade and the bathtub with a hot water - 😍 I love a complimentary breakfast. The cinnamon scrolls were so yummy. I like a bus stop to City across a road.

When I asked for a restaurant recommendation, I was pointed to the Chinese restaurants across the street. Did you know that there's a restaurant district close by? Yes, about an eight-minute walk away. That information should be available at check-in but my impression was that the desk person wasn't interested in providing complete information. Not a welcoming fellow.

The location worked because of the proximity of where I needed to be. The hot breakfasts were amazing and so were the dining room staff.

The shower, when you showering the water from the shower run out to the floor next to sink floor, due to no tub. We have to add two bath towels on the floor to stop the water.

Front office staffs are friendly. Breakfast is great, as for us we are not a heavy eater in the morning. Warm atmosphere and clean.

The breakfast was really not my cup of tea, could have been better.

Location was great, Really like the facility, the reception staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, the guys were approachable and fun to deal with. This is one of the best holiday inn express I have stayed in.

I can not think of anything the hotel could change one of the elevators broke but that is not something anyone can stop.

The breakfast was excellent the staff were vary helpful and professional. The hotel was always clean. They offered free coffee all day in the lobby.

As mentioned above, what need attentions are cleaning, bedding and light switch. The TV is also dated. Smart TV is a neccessity .

Friendly staff for sure. The light switches are not very user friendly, hard to turn things on and off. We have a Delux suite, yet it doesn't feel delux! The sofa bed, which is one of the beds as described when booking, feels aweful! It seriously need an upgrade, because I paid a lot to make sure we have two beds. Cleanliness also needs work from the lobby, elevators and floors of the room. Bedding also needs some work. May be some hypoallergenic fabric softener that provide some clean scent.......

our fridge made a horrible noise so we unplugged it

our room was the same as the pictures on the internet (this rarely happens for us) so we were very happy. clean, organized, selection at breakfast was great especially since we were staying for an athletic event.

A couple of front desk staff could have taken lessons on customer service and being friendly. The laundry facility is limited to only one washer and only one dryer.

The breakfast was not too exceptional, and there were not enough room for all the guests at some point.

The King Suite with Jacuzzi was really good. Although the tub did not have all the functions working, it served its purpose very well for bubble baths.
