There were rules for hot tub and pool use which were not enforced . Made the pool unusable for others.

Location, great storage for skiis right at the entrance, proximity to lifts, staff helpful.

The kitchen consists of a sink, toaster, microwave and fridge. No way to cook real food.

Location is amazing, so close to the gondola and the Blackcomb stroll.

If you’re used to renting high end condos with consistently nice finishes, you may be disappointed with the quality of the unit we stayed in. The faucets leak, a knob on the cabinet has fallen off, the shower grout is discolored. It has a full size bed and an older sofa bed we decided wasn’t worth attempting to sleep on so it was close quarters for sleeping. Bathroom has a noisy pocket door; not much privacy. If you need a cab (30 minutes to beautiful Olympic park for xc if you don’t want to walk 7 minutes to lost lake for xc), best to call it yourself rather than relying on front desk. You do need to bring out your trash and bring your keycard and phone because it’s outside the building in a basement in the garage beyond multiple self lock keycard doors. There is a beautiful jacuzzi tub overlooking the slopes which strangely is also in the kitchenette (ours included toaster, a few dishes, small microwave, dorm fridge without freezer, tiny sink, kettle, keurig, single detached hob is under the sink). There is composting and a gym. There is a wonderful hot tub outside as well as a plunge pool. Given the relative price compared to other places close by, I would absolutely stay here again but it’s helpful to know what to expect.

You may not know ahead of time which apartment you’ll get, but the location is right in upper village at the base of Blackcomb mountain. You can store your skis at spicy sports. It could not be easier to get to the gondola and you can see the lift line from the room. Room 218 has a fantastic view of the lifts and colorful skiers coming down the mountain.

While I give this place excellent reviews, and when we visit Whistler we would most likely want to stay in this room again, there are a few things that were annoying due to the amount of money we paid to stay here. The place needs updating. In a serious way. While the room was large and the views of the slopes was amazing, the bed was horrible. It was tilted (we tried to fix it and just couldn’t figure it out) so when we slept, it not only tilted to one side, the middle of the mattress was worn and created a hole. Also, the bed frame sounded like we were jumping on it literally just when we sat down. It was nice having the microwave, single burner hot plate, keurig, mugs, glasses, etc… but the mugs were shipped around the lip so we had to be careful when drinking. The one frying pan was small and horribly misshapen to the point where most of it wouldn’t even heat up. We only had three plates which is fine if only staying for a day or two, but we were there for 8 days. No dishwasher (which is fine) but nothing to dry dishes on. The shower door didn’t have a handle on the inside making it difficult to close. The handle on the TV cabinet was hanging on barely when we arrived and fell off every time we touched it. The most annoying thing was the size of the TV. While we weren’t there “to watch tv”, we are in our 50s and after a full day on the slopes, we love to clean up, crawl in bed, and watch TV. The TV MAY have been an 18”. Tiny. Couldn’t see it from the bed hardly because of the size and the fact the sofa was in the way. The remotes couldn’t work from the bed either even after buying new batteries. You had to stand right next to the TV and cable box for them to work. The hot tub was awesome, but the first few nights the jets went work. One night we went down and there were no towels, so before we got in to the hot tub we went to the front desk and told them there were no hot tub towels…he said he would bring them right up.

The location can’t be beat. The room overlooked the upper village with direct view of the gondola so it made gearing up/down easy. The view was amazing and the ceiling to floor window was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub almost every evening of our stay. The room was spacious. The place was also very quiet. Never heard noise from our room.

Pool and hot tub only outdoors. Limited access to hot tub to kids 7 and older which disappointed our kids who are younger. Very loud bar playing loud music until after midnight just below the unit.

Easy walk to the lifts. On-site parking. Clean. Easy check in and out process. Lots to do within walking distance.

Spotty service of room amenities such as pots and pans (there are more rooms than pots/pans available). Also coffee, we were given ground coffee but no coffee maker and not enough keurig pods to use during our stay (you can ask for more in the lobby though).

Incredible location, right in front of gondola. Very convenient ski storage service at rental store downstairs. Hot tub also great amenity to have.

Room was dated but clean. Pool was ridiculous. We're spoiled with accommodations in Europe where there are oasis within the premise for the family. So that was nonexistent on this trip. Lessons were only allowed on a 1/2 day basis and weren't really a lesson as such. Plus the lesson was very expensive in comparison to what we use in the European side by virtual double.

Location was great! Blackcombe side turned out to be the best for us and we were right on the lift. If we had snow it would have been a great ski in ski out set up.

Very poor quality institutional soap and shampoos in the guest rooms. This property should def upgrade this for the prices they are attempting to charge. Outdoor Hot tub is shallow and could have been hotter.
