The pool was closed for the first day/ night we were there, not at fault of the hotel at all but the kids were still bummed they couldn’t swim. The bed mattresses were visibly sunken in the middle and not very comfortable

Location was convenient for walking to all attractions & restaurants we wanted to go to. We liked that breakfast was included and yummy cookies at check in.

Great location. Near Clifton Hill and many restaurants within walking distance. Clean room and nice staff. They are all very polite and friendly.

The distance from the main areas in the Falls.

The room was very comfortable, big, and clean. The location of the hotel was a little bit far from the main strip and horse shoe falls but it was manageable to walk the distance. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The pool had a strong chemical odor when I went to swim, but I appreciated the good size. While I was there, a maintenance person was adding chemicals, which made it difficult for me to fully enjoy my swim. As for breakfast, it was a standard American breakfast and okay overall.

The pillows provided in my room were incredibly comfortable and helped me get a good night's sleep, which is important for my neck pain! The blanket liner was very silky, soft and cozy, making me feel relaxed and at ease. Additionally, the towels provided were soft and added to the overall comfort of my stay. I was also pleased with the friendly and accommodating attitude of the staff.

We were charged $50 extra from 12pm onward on checkout day, Apr 8. Guests were told that due to event- solar eclipse- we must pay $50 if we intended to park beyond 12pm, which was supposed to be until 5pm on checkout day for $20 we paid at checkin. I asked to charge extra if I park after 5pm, but was required to pay if I leave my vehicle there beyond 12noon so I did pay $50. But I removed my vehicle by 4:15 pm anyway hence $50 was extra income for the hotel from guests who happened to stay there on Apr 7th. I confirmed by phone before arriving that parking is for the night of stay and until 5pm on the checkout day for $20. I got confirmation email and message indicating the same. But upon arrival and when the parking pass and keys were handed to guests, $50 rip off news was told. I was asked to send an email to the manager, which I did . But no response. I was told to meet him in the lobby next day. I did not see him there on that day. Disgusting!!

Friendly helpful staff at the reception, clean rooms, good size indoor swimming pool open till 9pm, near to falls & clifton hill entertainment centre, complimentary cookies & coffee in lounge, very good breakfast options including waffle making machine, fruits and friendly catering staff.

There was not enough toilet paper in the room and the room wasn't overly clean.

The location was good. The kids liked the welcome cookies. Breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was pretty basic, could have provide little more options. I always had issues with door activation card, each time i had to get it reset. Not sure if it is only for my room.

It is walkable distance to the waterfalls, clifton hills and other activity hubs.

I just had to asked for an extra pillow cases because the pillow cases in the pillow has hair both front and back. But the staff were very nice to accommodate my request. Really appreciate it. It was just uncomfortable to sleep during the night coz we hear every time somebody from other unit use the water like on/off in the middle of the night and the noise from other unit like banging and hard stamping of feet from the unit above us during the night(sleep time)

It was a very nice place and the staff was very nice specially Ms. Amber. I like the 24 hour complementary coffee and the breakfast as well, we love everything. Thank you very much. The place is convenient and safe.

I liked the attitude of the administrators at the reception☺️I wanted to book a room with a bath, but I couldn't book it online. As a result, you can change to an upgraded room free of charge. It's so nice! Enjoyed the jacuzzi after a cool walk😍

Great hotel on a quiet street! Super close to everything. It’s a 5 min walk to Fallsview Waterpark and 10 mins walk to the Falls. It’s a very clean hotel, great friend staff. Nice warm pool for the kids. Super comfy beds! Nice breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

We only used the pool twice. It wasn't well heated and since there was no hot tub to warm up in after, we had to shorten our time there. Also, on our last swim, the chlorine level was so high that my eyes burned even when not in the water and I had to flush them out in our room. It was very unpleasant. The bed had a topper but the mattress must have been old, because I woke up with back pain every morning. The pillows were very bunched but I had brought my own, so it was ok. The sound proofing was fairly poor. We could hear our neighbors across the hall when they were leaving their room, and whenever someone used the jets in their spa tub (once at 11:30pm and once at 1:32am) and it was heard loudly in our room.

The cookies at check in were lovely. The fact that we could get extra linens delivered to our room upon request, at no extra charge was also really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful and sent a maintenance guy up to our room right away when our heater wasn't working. The maintenance guy also explained how to use our heater properly. Breakfast had a lot of variety and we had the option of fruit and yogurt along with hot breakfast every morning. The large waffle skillets were also great.
