We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaA strange and loud noise from the refrigerator. Simply unplugged it. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger.
The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was very comfy. Sound isolation against city noise was quite decent, despite being close to McGill college, and all the protestors out there, rare sounds penetrated the room. Breakfast was a European buffet, with short but all the expected food. The food was actually good tasting and stuff was in place to assist. Not as pricey as you would think, it could be.

The hotel is well located in downtown, it's clean, the staffs are well trained and nice. I had a standard room and it was beautiful (I had a shower and a bath tub with a tv in the bathroom). The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was beautiful and clean. I didn't need a taxi to get places I wanted to go. I walk from/to the train station to/from the hotel (10 min walk).

CanadaThe parking valet area was difficult to find and drove by it a couple of times as other hotel guests' vehicles were there blocking the small 'A' frame "valet" sign. Ended up self parking in a neighboring parking garage. Small inconvenience, as once parked, we did not need the vehicle for the duration of our stay.
Excellent service from all their staff, and a great location.
