The drainage clogged at the kitchen sink. During the day there were mentance works done in the building and they were terribly noisy and lasted by 3-4 pm. It was impossible to get anything done in the room because of the noise. The coffee at breakfast was not goog and the breakfast was the same every day. some veggies would be a very good addition.

the proximity to everything and the location is great. It is a nice cozy place to stay. Breakfast is good but the same every day. The staff is nice. The bed was very confy. The kitchen is sufficiently well equiped.

They didn’t have the parking that was advertised on the posting so we had to park in a hospital parking lot which felt wrong.

Value for room was amazing. Wish there were more comfortable seating in the room. The breakfast for being free was okay, unfortunate couldn't remove food from the room. And no elevator from the parking was a downfall. But other than that, it was an excellent hotel with great staff and close to everything.

Parking. I have to look a block away for a bigger parking garage for my SUV. Their in-house parking space is too narrow for my 7-seater car.

Breakfast buffet: just fair, limited choice. Good croissant and muffin. Eggs only hardboiled and cold. Indifferent ham and cheese.

Relatively small room and rather basic furniture, perfectly good for one person, less so for two. Simple bathroom, with shower in bathtub. But all is very clean, new and functional, so it was perfectly ok for a short stay. Kitchen in room could be an asset but we didn't need it. Convenient location, just out of city center, easy to reach with bus or subway. In a back street, but quiet and looking safe.

Underground parking lot was not what I expected. Very steep ramp to go down, it was not very easy to maneuver once inside, and having to use stairs to access it was not great for my legs. The hotel should advise that there is no elevator to go down to the garage.

Room was clean and quiet. Walking distance to the Notre-Dame Cathedral and China Town. Breakfast was decent.

It smelled in the hallways sometimes, The parking was very compact and you went up the same way you went down which I was just happy we didn’t meet someone on our ways in and our we would’ve had to reverse in very risky driving conditions with how tight and narrow the spaces were. When we got to our rooms our beds had some hair on the matress covers and pillows. Wasn’t dirty just had hair in both the beds so we asked to change and they did right away with multiple cleaning personnel which was great! The dishes are to be done by us before we leave the room if not we were charged, this is unreliable because who knows if the previous tenants of the rooms did the dishes properly. Could be unsanitary if not checked up on.

I loved the room, the windows were amazing and the kitchen had lots of supplies. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable, as well as the lobby was well maintained.

I dislike the attention of one of the receptionist while check in (white tall skinny guy). He was watching something on his phone, didn't pay attention who was entering; besides after i paid for the parking he was supposed to open the garage gate, but after waiting around 10-15 minutes I had to go back to reception and to ask him to open the gate. He just nodded his head, no sorry, nothing...

Parking. We need to park 2 blocks away because we're driving a SUV, and the one close by will be too narrow for it.

The hotel is dated. The photos of the rooms are misleading. However, it was a comfortable stay and worth the $!
