We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I had to leave early to catch a bus and the owners would not even set aside a muffin for my breakfast. They said, oh well, breakfast is at 9am. Too bad, have a nice evening. Not cool, and my room was not cheap.

CanadaThe bathroom was very small and badly oriented. The mattresses and bedding was not good. Pillows were very old, stinky and almost flat. The customer service was bad. No proper receptionist always nobody there. Nobody in the staff can speak or understand English. Only one microwave for both floors and all rooms even that was years old heritage style, dirty from inside and almost sure probably not healthy for use anymore but no other option in the motel. Horrible experience overall. Not worth staying with the rent paid.

United States of AmericaWhen we walked in the person at the front desk seemed afraid of us. The hallway was dark and dingy. We felt very uncomfortable walking down the hallway. One of the beds was broken and the other bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom doors bottom was coming apart. The room smelled musty. Some of the wallpaper in the room was off. One of the chairs in the room was old and broken. The shower never stayed the same temperature. The area of the hotel was questionable and didn't feel safe walking out of the room at night. One night we had the police knock at our door.

CanadaWhere do I start, the hallway smells like the carpet in the room was sticking. even tho I had my reservation they had a hard time finding it. Breakfast was supposed to be provided it was not. When we ask about it the receptionist rudely tells us there is none. We were told because of Covid .....
