To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Canada45 minutes check in. Pillows were small. Building exterior was flapping and making noise all night. No coffee maker in the room. No wardrobe closet by the bedroom.

United States of AmericaThere were no chairs in our room, I was expecting one regular chair and one for the desk area. The AC/Heater was difficult to figure out without instructions. The shower/tub was narrow.
The view from our room was spectacular. The bellman Charlie and Joe were very nice and extremely helpful. Also, Tyler took care of us getting us a chair for the room and quickly picking up our trash and recyclables. The 24 hour coffee/tea bar was nice and the availability of microwave too.

PanamaWe were relocated into the Hilton because Oakes had a problem with the pluming. The Hilton was very nice, and they also gave us a nice room with view to the Falls, with a jacuzzi, and quite big. The reason I am not giving too many points is because the shower didn't have hot water, we asked to check on that but nothing changed. And it was sooo cold the water coming out of the shower that it was really not nice or easy to pass it.
The view was amazing, the location is the best, everything was walking distance. The Hotel (Hilton) is very luxury, rooms are huge and comfortable.

AustraliaSecurity guard at the front door prevented us (2 women) from moving to reception without proof we had a reservation. Reservations should have emailed us to advise we could have gone straight to the Hilton. Wasted another 45 mins in total to finally reach our room at the Hilton, after travelling all day.

GermanyDue to a technical problem, it was not possible to move into our room in the hotel. We were rebooked into a room at the Hilton Hotel, a few minutes' walk away. Therefore, unfortunately I cannot give a review about the hotel. But I can say that the service was very good. The rebooking worked perfectly. We got the same room at the Hilton as booked, with a view of Niagara Falls.

We have been redirected to Hilton at no extra cost due to overbooking. Hilton is truly wonderful, pools (1 infinite and 1 special for kids), true Fallsview, jacuzzi in room, plenty of restaurants/bars inside building or outside.
