The airport shuttle left 15min past the time and then took a detour to drop off mine workers at a smaller airport. No problems with that in general but it wasn't communicated well and we arrived 35min later at the airport than planned which could have caused us some trouble.

No safe to keep your valuables. The room was a little outdated, and the carpet needed replacement. I booked the room for 2 adults + 1 baby; however, only 2 towels were in the room. They provided no extra towel for my baby.

Free shuttle to and from the airport. Free good-quality breakfast that exceeded my expectations. Big room with lots of space for luggage and my baby to walk and crawl around. King size bed, enough for 2 big adults and 1 baby to sleep comfortably.

The shuttle service!!! Called when we arrived and was told to go to door 8 and the driver would be there in 20 minutes. Called again after 40 minutes and was told he was told he would be there in couple of minutes. Called back after 15 minutes and was told she would contact the driver…only to be told 15 more minute wait. Called again after 20 minutes and was told he was on the way. Not acceptable!! Had we been told it was going to take over an 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle we would have grabbed a cab.

Only stayed there for 6 hours. Only used the bed. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Hotel restaurant was advertised on website but was only available for breakfast. This area was quite industrial and had VERY few dining options - the on grounds restaurant was a prime reason we chose it. There was some odd activity that seemed like a government indigent housing operation was ongoing. Many people hanging around in lobby and steps all around the building it was a little concerning. There was a no pets policy listed but there were dogs in the breakfast area.

Hotel was in good repair and quiet. Front desk personell always helpful. Clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and was a variety of offerings.

This is an old hotel which costs to much. The breakfast is served in plastic cans and plates, which produces to much rubbish.

The fishes in the lobby are a good attraction for kids. Free parking is available.

It was okay, but the curtains didn't close all the way, the bathroom wasn't clean and the AC didn't work properly.

The breakfast selection was great, but it seened like some of the staff was not sure where it was located. I was sent somewhere else when asking for directions.

I didn’t like that it was advertised that there’s a bar and restaurant when there isn’t. I didn’t like that the breakfast was not available and when we asked the receptionist in the morning she was very condescending instead of informative. We had forgotten our iPhone charger and my boyfriend offered 100$ deposit to be able to borrow one for the night, we were denied and had to leave our phones at reception to have them charged.

I liked the hotel itself, it was clean and the free parking was a great bonus. I liked my overall stay. Could they have done more? Yes.

My first evening a lady walked into my room as she had a key and was looking for her stuff that was left there in the morning. ( there was a group of workers staying at hotel) Then second evening there was a lady high on drugs that got on the elevator and peed the floor.

The location neat Montréal AirPort was why Zi stayed there. It was also slightly cheaper than the other airport hotels

close to the airport. Good 24h free shuttle service. at the airport you have to go to door 8 at departure level and call the hotel at the indicated number. All the drivers are very nice and helpful! they are the best staff of the entire hotel! The room is big, basic but has everything you need and it was very clean. The bed is very comfortable! Unfortunately my room was extremely far away from the lobby what was a problem to move all the heavy luggage to and from the room. Only when departing from the hotel did I see at the entrance that they had some luggage carts. Why didn’t the staff at the checkin who saw me struggle with the luggage tell me? this would have been the problem solver. The long hallways stink terribly from cigarette smoke even they say that this is a smoke free hotel. The air in the room was good and smoke free. All night long there was a constant loud undetermined noise outside like some machinery, motors, industry?? Breakfast was ok
