Hotel felt a bit outdated in the hallways but the extras they provided made up for it.

Nothing unpleasant to remember.

The room is spacious. I found many clean towels. The bedding was clean. I stayed on the ground floor; the door opened to the parking lot where I had parked my car. It was easy to transport my luggage into the room. The TV was very large with a variety of channels. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, and a microwave oven. The breakfast was satisfactory (omelet and sausages; you can make toast and waffles, and there's coffee, tea, and three types of juices available.)

Excellent service for the price. We had a very good breakfast. We had scrabble eggs, fresh fruits, waffle etc. Coffee and juice was available anytime during our stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep.

The desk person spoke my mother toungue but was too rapid too explain, too rapid to give our key cards, we’re not even magnetized so we had to walk back all the way to repeat this operation that tecnically should have been done 1 st time Cleanliness of washroom :(

The hotel looks tired needs updating. There is no elevator and breakfast room was overrun with no place to sit for most of the allotted time.

The room was very good, spacious and well supplied. The breakfast was very generous and varied. The coffee machines were exceptional so drinks could be made to ones liking.

the rooms had a very bad odor when you first walked in. like old cheese and dirty feet.

the young lady who works the counter was FANTASTIC. The hotel was full of tired and cranky guests who had to show up early because of the cruise ships and airline schedules and she handled the situation beyond perfectly. she was patient, kind, considerate, very informative and helpful. we were greatly impressed with her! the coffee available 24 hours a day was PHENOMINAL. The service was friendly, welcoming, amazing and very thorough.

The location is not near any restaurants or stores. Without a car we had to walk miles to eat dinner.

Parking lot a little darker than I would prefer, we were travelling with items on the roof of vehicle that were a concern due to theft, nothing happened, a well-lit parking lot gives me some comfort. Door did not close and lock on release, needed to be pulled closed. Did lock when pulled fully closed but often when first entering with bags the focus might not be on ensuring door closed same for leaving. Bathtub seemed to be a bit on the small size was same not a big deal for us as we used the shower portion but if you were more of a soaker it may be something that is an inconvenience. The AC control on the wall did not seem to be functioning, work around was at the unit, it worked well so not a big concern. The only real issue that was a problem for us I would say was there was a stainless steel wall corner protector, that seemed to have a sticky residue on it, and was collecting dirt, including hair, I don't understand why this was being missed as it was very plain to see. The rest of the room and bed appeared clean.

Great breakfast, many options, little crowded in the eating area later but when we went early was great. Good value for the area. Room sheets were clean and bed was comfortable, check in/out was easy.
