everything was like we expected.

Loved that we had patio door and outside we had a table with 2 chairs. It was private from other bedroom. It did not bother us that people could pass in front because it was not often. The Terrace view was stunning, The pool and Hot tub was a bonus.

It's very family friendly, and the pool was just outside our room. It was very noisy until about 9:00, then settled down. If you don't want to hear children in a pool, this might not be the place for you.

It was clean and neat airports, I didn’t see much around close by. But then again I arrived late due to flight delays wasn’t able to explore the area. The girl was nice had a lower room with patio able to see the beautiful landscape

The shampoo dispenser was empty and it was 10 pm when we got back and it was disappointing to not have anything to wash our hair. And calling the front desk that late seemed silly since there should have been filled between guests. However, due to a policy that if you stay longer than one night they don’t refresh towels and empty garbage. A little bit disappointing.

The stay was great, staff were accommodating, it was easy to get to downtown and shops and restaurants near by were delicious ☺️

While beds were fine the pillows were extremely poor. The room had a lot of dust. Pool area did not feel very clean (slimy surfaces) and the hot tub barely works. Restaurant has mainly frozen food (crepes and pizza particularly discusting..). Pool tables in the games room broken..

Good location, nice indoor garden and pool. Spacious rooms with access to outdoors. Free parking always a plus.

We were only given coffee on the first day and it was never replaced in the room again. The music in the pool area was loud and went until pretty late which we heard from inside our room. With a small child, that is not ideal.

A bit far from old city Quebec

Staff was super sweet and welcoming, the bed was absolutely heavenly to be sleeping in! Wish we had one just like it at home, not to mention the dinner at the café was practically Michelin star as well as breakfast in the morning. We would love to come back soon!

The floors in the room are quite dirty... I came with a one-year-old baby who collected a lot of dirt from the floor. The Economy Room with 1 bed is much more airy and spacious than the Modern Room with 2 beds.

The hotel is pleasant, the pool was suitable for children. The restaurant is an asset, tasty food with impeccable service.

The staff was not nice. They were not rude but the service was not super friendly. I also pay extra for my son even do he slept in a queen bed with us.

The swimingpool was nice and the commun area. The ambiance is great. I definitively will recommand the hotel.

When we arrived, the room was freezing, which took us forever to get the thermostat to change to get the room warmer. we had a 3 year old. Called the desk to get some to check and showed up about 45 minutes later. By that time, we had managed to get it working. The thermostat was set at 19 when we arrived in February and it was a basement room. So we even had to keep our jackets on

The tropical concept was great and adapted for families, the pool/sauna area was fun, the free and accessible parking was convenient, the restaurant within the hotel was very decent with friendly service !

the shower was akward and small and the ''jet'' was hard and small so it was kind of pinchin

We love the room with inside balcony over the pool . Bed was comfortable and room was well soundproof . the room had all equipement we needed and we even had extra coffee for both of us. we had a show at evening that we could listen from our balcony
