Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Would be good to have the bathrooms updated a bit more. The original harvest gold bathtub is still in place. Having said that, the fixtures were clean and reasonably good shape.
Don`t let the outside of the building deceive you. The rooms have been upgraded nicely. Great to have a kitchen with all the amenities. There is a bbq area behind the hotel with a picnic table to prepare your own meals. The front reception was very friendly and made it a memorable experience checking in!

Best value in Kelowna plus it is in a cozy spot beside a tennis court with BBQs in the back. Nice for the price.

Wifi didn't work for us.
Great value for money. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent . The front desk called us after departure and informed us we had left a camera behind . I really appreciated that they were honest and we arranged to have camera picked up by a family member . We would definately stay again.

The building looks a little rough on the outside but it is just the outside! Traffic noise can be quite loud in the room due to the busy highway.
Good value. Everything was clean and comfortable. Basic but just perfect for my needs for a short stay. Nice big park nearby to go for a walk. I also appreciate the included breakfast. Also, I had no problem with getting a late check out.

We had booked a "one queen bed" room, but we actually got 2 rooms with 3 beds. Lots of space, a very nice shower, good internet, coffee in the room. Breakfast was good, too.

You do hear cars outside because it is in a bizzy place, but nothing really bad.
We stayed for one night. The staff was really friendly and helped us quick. Breakfast was included and also nice. No problems at all!

Wish there was some weatherstripping on the front door. Could see light thru the doorframe
Basic breakfast, really like the layout of the room we had. Staff are awesome. Housekeepers gave us more towels, smells clean.

Nothing to complain about.
It's a motel / inn with doors opening to the parking lot. So expectations were low. I actually was impressed with the cleanliness of the place, with how nice the staff was, they left a handwritten note on the desk welcoming me by my first name, and offering assistance for anything I could need. The price has incredible value. Included basic breakfast. Very easy access, felt very safe. I will definitely return.

The manager let himself into my room after knocking once. To check the fire alarm. Why would you check when there is still a guest in the room. Would have been nice to do the maintenance job after I checked out!

The pillows were a little lumpy and not as comfortable as I would have liked. I tried to get ice at 9AM but the code for the door didn't work.
Most of the staff were very personable and the inside of the room was nice and clean. It was handy to have a basic breakfast included.
