Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaParking was slightly annoying, jumping out of the car, walking to intersection, crossing street, walking back to hotel to open the garage door... Lights were very oddly placed in the hotel room.. Could hear noise coming from other rooms/halls until 2am. It would have been nice to have an option for tea in the room.

GermanyLocation is very bad (outside of the tourist area) and the breakfast is horrible. Eggs are pre packed in some foil and there is no cooling table for the cheese (pre packed) and butter. Not sure how hygienic this is

IndiaThe bed was too soft and bad for back, there is no restaurant or pool, the breakfast offered in room for 14 CAD is laughable, reception is understaffed, there is only one lift for entire hotel, they couldn't even provide tea bags in room, and the rooms are either facing noisy street or faces a side alley. Overall very poor value for money (we paid 400 CAD per night for queen suite).
Rooms were clean and fairly big. The bus stop is right around the corner.

CanadaIt was in a not so safe and populated area so definitely didn’t feel safe out alone at night. There isn’t a lot or places to eat around it or coffee shops The front desk staff were all amazing !!!! Thank you for accommodating our dog 😀

United StatesThe breakfast was not complimentary,the cost was $10.00 ea.person per day.We did eat breakfast one day.lt was fair,the fruit seen and tasted old ,the muffins were not fresh,and the selection was not great at all.The breakfast program needs to be revamped big time.The hotel did the bare minimum when it came to breakfast.
