Honestly, it was a great time all around. There was nothing I would complain about.

Amazing location. Friendly owners. Cavendish and other small towns were close and it was just outside of the tourist location to feel relaxing and accessible.

The location was nice and the host were amazing! Always available if you need anything all you need to do is ask! The place felt very private even though the cottages were somewhat close to each other. The cottage was nice and clean and provided a great place to sleep at night!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I had a fantastic time. Mavis also suggested a few places that I could visit and she had prepared a map for me with notes. She was so thoughtful about absolutely everything. I felt very fortunate to be there. It was a very special place!

Mavis and Carl were exceptionally warm and welcoming hosts. The 2 bedroom cottage was stunning - everthing I could have hoped for! It was - charming - in every way. The decor was lovely and I felt right at home. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped; they thought of everything. The grounds were amazing. There were wonderful fields just ourside the steps to the cottage. Magical. Beautiful sunsets. Peace and tranquility found here! I only wished that I could have stayed longer. Fantastic vacation. 100 gold stars!

The only thing we didn't enjoy was leaving!

I can't even begin to express how wonderful of an experience we had here. Mavis and Carl are beyond amazing hosts, and people in general, it felt like we were family being welcomed home. Mavis even went so far as to get me a birthday gift! The cottage was clean and cozy, the veggie garden and yard area were beautiful. We were central to everything we wanted to do. We will miss this cottage and the owners dearly.

Due to a couple of severe storms preceding our arrival, the internet connection though WiFi was not always working perfectly, but our host was very willing to do everything in their power to help fix it. We didn't need internet so much, so it was not a big issue at all.

We absolutely loved the peacefulness and quietude of this wonderful place. The cottage was charming indeed, the host was extremely attentive and thoughtful, and very accessible/responsive. We wanted to disconnect for a few days from our very demanding jobs and this cottage was the perfect place to do so - it was serene and far away from all the worries of the world, but comfortable and cozy at the same time.

More outside lights for going to the office at night to do laundry. But really wasn't much wrong with the place!!

The friendliness of the host. Everything was nice and clean. Laundry options were great. Beautiful scenery, beautiful garden. So close to all attractions. Nice and quiet in the evenings. Loved the field out back where the kids could explore!!

A wonderful stay in a quiet and charming cottage. The high attention to detail and interaction with the owner made for a great experience. The cottage was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. A short distance to all the major attractions. We especially liked the walking trails, fire pit and peaceful ambiance.

The shower was a little small and no tub.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom and it was very cozy and well decorated, perfectly clean and comfortable. The property was extremely well maintained and very scenic. The fire pit was nice and private.
