Nothing... it is a simples but very nice motel

Nice price for a huge room and great bad. Chose this place since I was driving from calgary to Revelstoke and wanted a place to crash over the night. The room was extremely comfortable, there were free coffee and tea at the entrance and a Tim Hortons right next door

Rooms are big and you can park at the door. Everything is clean and the Fronk Desk people (I they are the owners) are super helpful! Ill be back!

Staff not so pleasant. Also didn’t want to take my card so I had to put $200 cash deposit for incidental charges, they didn’t have that on their check in policy.

Bathroom fan and shower head made a lot of noise but great pressure and water temperature. Noise from the hallway was really bad because you can hear everything through the door and the hallway almost works as a resonance chamber. This alone won't affect you unless you are unlucky and your stay coincides with very rude and inappropiate guests yelling and going back and forth on the hallway late at night and early in the morning

Staff was very friendly. Requested hair dryer and the staff brought it right away to the suite. Place is comfy and clean. It is very peaceful and quiet. Location is close to central town of Golden. You can walk to places of food like Tim Hortons, restaurants along the river. I had a very restful time at the place.

Unfortunately this place is not sound proof at all. I understand some noise but we could hear everything, on top of the pipes making noises every 20 minutes. As well, the fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling so that was not a great thing to see.

The inn was easy to get to and close to lots of food options. The room was more modern than shown in the images in the listing.

We should have indicated in the reservation to be put on a main floor room. We had an elderly person with us and stairs are not that great for him to use.

We didn’t eat breakfast there. The location was ideal and convenient.

Building very old and had that old musty smell in the hallways.

The Experience was not worth almost 300$ for one night, but it was only inflated because we went through Booking.com. We should have called the facility ourselves instead of trusting a third-party website for a discounted rate.

It was a nice private room with a single queen-size bed. Although we weren't allowed to do any cooking in the room, there are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk of our door. They were also very accommodating and accepting of our little dog :)

Only one main concern was that in 103, every devices charger, razor, etc that we plugged in, fell out of socket and had to have rolled up towel or something else propped under it. Lounge chairs were a little dirty. The safety chain on door with key and knob didn’t make this ex-police officer feel safe enough.

Close to all restaurants and travel road. Bathroom modern and clean, laminate flooring instead of carpet. Hard stone surface on dresser so was crisp and clean.
