No microwave, we brought some homemade food and couldn’t heat it, had to throw it away. We have also bought food from local eateries and couldn’t heat it once it went cold. Not having a microwave was very inconvenient. The only downside about the room was that it was quite dark, not much natural light because of the big trees in front. I suppose it’s could be a good thing on a hot summer night.

It was clean, beds were comfortable and we had a nice view from the balcony (could only see the trees from the room itself)

Sound separation between units: there were audible sounds from the people in the adjacent unit next door , we could clearly hear them talking and making noises! I suspect the walls could be better insulated and doors and windows sealed

Kind of a far walk from the car to the cabin, kind of a pain as we had coolers of food as well as luggage etc

There was very Little light oil the kitchen and other areas. There were no doors on the bedroom which therefore didn't provide privacy or quiet environment. Pictures don't show that.

The kitchen needed an overhead light--it was a little dark. In the winter it might be too dark.

This was a nice stay but, buyer be warned, account for an additional 15% cost on top of the stated price. The price stated when browsing and booking is very misleading. An additional cleaning and booking fee is added and a 15% VAT tax. while perfectly legal is unethical and dishonest. I would guess there is a no cancellation policy because they realise people would withdraw their booking when they realised how much more they would be paying. It costs what it costs, just state it plain. Its not asking a lot. The late check out is nice however this does come with the request to strip the beds, which at this price, I was surprised by.

Beautiful room and the large bath and waterfall shower were very nice. The fireplace and large forest outlook was very cozy. We liked the straightforward check in and how close the cabins were to to walks and beaches

Could have had stronger customer service. The “chill out” vibe seems like a bit of a cop out so that they don’t have to provide services for their guests. Would be nice to see a friendly face while we were there.

Construction was my biggest disappointment. They are building new cabins near the water (yards from our deck) Noise started early morning and went all day (chainsaws, hammering, saws) Also, the access to the beach was closed (due to construction) so had to take a longer route but not terribly inconvenient. In the cabin, despite having the bedrooms on different levels. there are no doors on either of the two rooms, and therefor, no privacy. The bathroom upstairs is open roof as well, and again no privacy when using it and turning on light wakes other people. The step up into the bathroom upstairs caused a couple trips in the night, watch your toes!

The cabin was well equipped and comfortable.

The beach was lovely but the room was described to be directly overlooking the beach. It was overlooking the forest which was blocking the view. Lovely but not as described.

the cabins were very neat, well equipped and cozy. a real relaxing experience. Recommend. the self check in and self check out was an easy process and, although the staff is not on site they respond promptly if contacted by email or the booking app. we had an issue with electricity and they solved it promptly within 45 minutes.

We had a special request for a soaker tub, and we were told it was arranged for our stay. When we got to our room we did not have one in our room. I sent an email to the office and never received a reply.

Booking Dot com said the amount of the final charge yet when printed an additional cleaning fee of 69 was to be added. This was not expected and rediculous. When renting rooms, you would think that the company is going to clean the room with the fee incorporated in the price. It would have been a nice feature to have a microwave, or at least access to one in the common area. There are no walkable restaurants nearby and the ability to heat food would be nice. We didn't realize that there would be so much construction right in front of the room/view. Would have been nice to have been informed. Found it a bit strange to not see any hosts coming or going.
