Breakfast was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake from the dining area. The location was an excellent starting g point for our tour of the cabot Trail. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

We didnt care for there being no curtain over the window shade. The microwave was in the hallway for everyone to share which we felt is a no no...... and just that little added feature....a curved shower curtain means alot! :)

We were in a king room which are in behind. We did not really have any view with our room, however we were offered a room facing the highway. The Breakfast had a good choice and selection but cooled off very quickly. Warming the plates may really help in this matter. We did arrive early and was allowed to have our room which was very nice of management. Quiet, peaceful rest with comfortable beds :)

Seem to be a problem with hot water supply in the building we were in.

The beds were very comfortable the room was clean and despite being very close to the highway the building we stayed in was not affected by the traffic noise. There was a very good breakfast included in the price of the room. The only negative thing with our stay was a lack of hot water for bath and showers

There was a lot of dust on the dresser and head board of the bed, I don't think the room was properly cleaned for a long time. someone had written notes in the dust with their fingers in several places.

I honestly can't imagine what the Trailsman staff could do better as I was very happy with my week's stay.

Everything was perfect and more than met my expectations. The room was spacious and clean with everything anyone would need for their stay. I loved sitting on the back deck in the morning with my coffee (supplied by the motel), enjoying the lake. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices and again, everything very clean and well organized. I would definitely book with Trailsman Lodge on my next visit.

Though the buffet breakfast was included and was very welcome, the choice was somewhat limited.

Spacious room overlooking the lake. Bed was very comfy and bathroom was good too. Staff very helpful. WiFi was good and quick, though not secure. Having laundry facilities was also helpful (but were not free) Ideal location for Cabot, fleur de lys and ceiladh trails

There was never any hot water for a shower in the morning. There was a lot of noise from people out in the hall. Not very good sound proofing.

The place was quite nice and in pretty good condition. The location was great and so was the breakfast though a little variety would be nice.

Breakfast good but not as much selection in tge meat department but I can understand as last stay I seen a kid take all the turkey bacon and leve tge tray mt.thats all the kid ate and the owner altho not happy went and hot more for others .This is a great place to stay rideing tge Cabot Yrail have stay over tge years.
