We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe thought a bit expensive but probably due to the location, it was quite busy but that is to be expected. having a carpark was great but getting in and out especially with a large SUV was tricky.
Great Location and very helpful staff, comfortable large beds, but for a brit everything here is large! A number of restaurants nearby which was great. Quite near the war museum and it was well worth a visit and easily walkable to the Canada museum, which was excellent.
