No TV service

I like trains! So close to the track was great but for some this could be a major issue. Room supplied ear plugs is a telling tale. Thankfully the drone of the bathroom fan helped mitigate the train noise and I got a pleasant night's sleep.

There's no elevator in the hotel, have to carry our stuff in a flight of stairs. The room needs deep cleaning as you see dust around the baseboard or the sides area of the room We are not even sure when was the carpet get its last vacuum.

The room we stayed is spacious. There's fridge, microwave and coffee maker and wifi too. It has bigger flat screen TV with Netflix access that made our kids stayed enjoyable.

Hotel is very old and has not been maintained properly. The hallways smell like cigarettes. Rooms are dirty, beds are broken, bathtub was stained. There’s trains passing by constantly and very close to the room. We had to keep our windows open because it was very hot (no AC) and the trains woke us up constantly.

Staff was amazing. Linda at the reception treated us very well and was knowledgeable of the town.

The hotel needs to change their phone number. It keeps calling the owner who doesn't live nearby and couldn't help you with any questions. The website hotel number rings the liquor store beside the hotel and couldn't help with any questions at all. The liquor staff will then call the staff of the motel will give you the room key and you will not see them again. If there will be emergency or forgot your key card inside the room for some reasons you will be stuck for long time coz the liquor store opens at 11am and closes at 10am. You open your windows you will hear the train passing by all the time. This motel has potential but just keep I'm mind the other stuff to consider before booking this motel. Price is good and competitive. I just wish they provided a number that can reach someone in case guests will have issues and questions.

Price is competitive and they have everything in the room for a family could enjoy unfortunately they don't have air-conditioned rooms.The room is good with dining table ,tv, jetted tub, fridge, coffee machine and microwave unfortunately it's not air conditioned they only provide 2 fans.

Close to rail tracks. No AC but fans worked well. No television or WIFI.

Price was reasonable compared to other accommodations due to the amount of industrial work and travellers. Bed was extremely comfortable.

In our room, the floor and bed were extremely squeaky. There was a very musty smell. The room had a tv and a lamp, but neither one worked properly.

The location is okay but it’s very close to the train tracks. No AC means you’ll want to leave your window open but the train comes through very frequently.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Smelly entrance, dirty staircase shabby room. The reception is in the liquor store next door, there is no one to meet you. Upon our return from a meal we noticed a notice on the front door that the building was condemned by the fire department of Valemont..yet rooms are still being rented. How can this be. We have booked many times with your company and have always been very happy with the accommodation you have on offer. This place is truly awful. I am including pictures of the town notices about thé fire rules contraventions , the dirt and the dust in the room. Also, guests are provided with ear plugs because a very loud train goes by at midnight and about every 2 hours. The track is across the street! Yikes. We would like a refund for the $99.00 we have spent on this room. Booking.com is better than this.

Rude staff. Cigarette smoke in the room.

The hotel was really dirty… the room had stains and old bedding. The room also smelled of urine and cigarettes. The locals thought they closed this hotel lol. The staff were rude and unhelpful.

And there was NO AC and the train went by just outside the window all night.

The room was very dirty. Fridge had food left in it from last people that stayed there and it was very dirty. Pulled back the covers on one bed and the sheets were dirty and stained.

No A/C. Room was ancient and dumpy. It's never been updated. Oh and the train runs (loudly) right across the street. My bed actually vibrated a bit. Loud horn. Having said that, I still slept okay.

The jacuzzi bathtub. That made everything OK after a long day of driving.
