Good sized, well furnished, quiet, comfortable room with all necessary facilities. Cheerful, efficient staff on reception. Excellent range of hot and cold items available at buffet breakfast that should meet all tastes. Free ticket provided for the efficient metro system that allows transport to city centre within 10-15 minutes.

The breakfast was disappointing. The food didn't look very appealing. No good gluten free options, the bread tasted like plastic and nothing else was offered. The pancakes were cold even though they were brought in when we were sitting. The scrambled eggs were watery.

The room was really great. Big and very comfortable. The only not so good thing about it was the sofa bed. It made noise and wasn't very comfortable. The view was nice. The staff was welcoming.

The location isn't ideal for leisure – it's close to busy roads and not much to explore nearby. The pool looks amazing but you can’t swim, only feet splash :)

The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Rooms were spacious, the view was surprisingly nice, and the whole place has a futuristic, spaceship-like vibe. The “pool” area - while not really a pool - is fun to dip your feet in and makes for a relaxing break. Parking is right next to the entrance and super convenient. Great value for the price.

It was a bit warm during the summer due to the lack of air conditioning, but a fan was provided in the closet, which helped. There was no refrigerator in the room, which would have been convenient.

We had a large, clean room with a fresh, pleasant scent—it felt very comfortable.

It is quite expensive.

The hotel is situated very close to the underground stop and it offers free tickets for all public transport for all the guests. You can easily get to any part of Lausanne. It has a large carpark, for an extra price.

Staff were uncompromising. We stayed at Aquatis to take part in the famous Lausanne-Lausanne cycle tour and ordered a breakfast box for 5am. Receptionist refused to let us sit in the breakfast area and we ended up sitting in the smoking area outside. Never going back!

It is probably worth noting that the highway is really close. So sleeping with an open window is not an option. However, the windows are soundproof and when closed there is no noise at all.

We only stayed 1 night (without breakfast) but had a good stay. It was perfect for what we needed and exactly as advertised in the pictures. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. For the kids it was also nice to have the aquarium right there.

Kettles and refrigerator are not provided in the room. Should you need to use the kettle (like in my case to make milk for my baby), you’ll need to go to the common area located on level 2. Also, during the night, it’s a little concerning walking through dark corridors which only lits up when motion is detected. Parking is available but it is chargeable at CHF18 a night.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, directly next to Aquatis Aquarium. The XL room is roomy and toilets are clean. Good place to stay if you’re visiting Aquatis aquarium.

The breakfast was not good. One person working the whole area and he was a bit stressed and we would not have the breakfast again for the price and what was on offer.

prefer to have a kettle in the room, with or without coffee is fine, all i wanted was just a cup of hot beverage during the winter night when i needed it when still recovering from jet lag
