The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, the lake and the old town. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning made for a comfortable night's sleep. We were able to store our luggage free of charge on the morning we checked-out.

1- Have to mention clearly that the hotel takes 100 CH each room each night. Special thanks for Mr Alexander who mange it for me on a good way. 2- please please add door for the bathroom.

Clean and good room size comparing with the location hotels around the area, very good AC and well furnished with modern style. With espresso machine. 2 Type C charger available both bed sides which is very good movement.

Building itself is confusing but once you get the gist, it's fine. Spacious room. REsponsive staff. we didn't like our first room b/c it was stinky, and they moved us and it was a very nice room we enjoyed. Very accommodating staff.

We had booked the hotel last minute due to a cleanliness issue at the other hotel. The hotel was quick and efficient to have the room ready for myself and my partner. Also roof top bar being a nice feature. Would recommend.

Beds weren't as comfortable as the I would have expected from a newer looking room. Harder than I would have liked.

Hotel was clean and modern. Spacious room that had the added bonus of a couch, which we didn't expect. Great location, 5 minute walk to the train station, water, and wooden bridge.

I was looking for hotel slippers but not provided.

The hotel is near the central train station only 7-minute walk. Historic sites like Chapel Bridge, the Lion Monument & the Old Town is walkable as well. The room is spacious and very clean. They clean-up the room daily. Breakfast is very good I love it. As to the staff, they are all nice, helpful and respectful. There is a vending machine, ice machine and hot water machine available at the lobby

The noise in our room throughout the day until 1am was really loud. Sounded like furniture being moved (loud bangs). Slept with earplugs in and it could still be heard but otherwise a great stay.

Fridge was so small that I could barely put anything in it. No air conditioning of substance, though that seems to be a national problem :) Glass on 2 sides looking down onto the street did make privacy feel compromised. No desk lighting. Pillows to soft.

No ventilation or exhaust fan in bathroom, had to leave door open and even fogged up the entire hotel room and had to open the window. Could hear people banging and talking upstairs and next door as well as flushing toilets, definitely not sound proof.

Having had to take an additional room for no fault of mine.

The location was close to the station. I distinctly remember that I had stated that there will be 4 people but I had to shell out charges for an extra room for one of the adults (with the info that only 3 people were allowed in a room). I don’t know if booking.com did not factor this in when I made the booking.
