The receptionist (older guy) does not speak English, and dont even try that. He was rude when we came back in the evening and our room key did not work, because they thought that we had to check-out that day. At night it is very loud to sleep because around there are several open places (bar and night club). Hotel room does not have air-con, which makes the room very hot at warm days. Breakfast is very average. Price and quality balance is very bad overhere, the hotel is overpriced for quality you can get.

There was a bath but it was impissible to get enough hot water to fill it. Indeed it was barely possible to get enough hot water for decent shower. Lamp on desk did not work, as in there did not appear to be a switch... Trouble getting onto wifi. There are not many hotels in Sierre but this seemed overpriced for what was on offer. Felt a bit like a 2 star at 3 star prices

quiet and dark streets at night, especially from the metro station.

Breakfast was prepared, served on the table and ready for guests before they are even there. Glad that there's lift at the hotel as some hotels do not. the location the hotel is in is very quiet and dark at night, supermarts closes at around 7 or 8pm, pretty early. Hotel do provide bottled sparkling water too :) Hotel is really near metro station, around 5mins walking time

May be restaurant could have been kept open a bit longer in the night, atleast until 10:30pm, but never mind you will find many other nearby incase if you are delayed to reach the hotel before 9pm.

Spacious Room. Friendly staff, you ask for any number of coffees and in return you get nice coffee with smile. Accessible to Train station, Pharmacy, shopping, other restaurants nearby if you want to try different food. And moreover you will find a funny dog playing with its toy and by seeing that you will forget your worries and enjoy the moment.

this hotel is old-fashioned, it needs renovating, , dark colours of the walls, , old shelves in the bedroom covered with old thick felt, the bathroom dates back to the 1960s, old bath with a curtain, the bottom of which was dirty, we didn't dare to have a bath or a shower in it...We spent 2 nights , the cleaning was not done for the 2nd night, no hoovering, just the duvet replaced on the bed.

Could have cleaner toilets and opportunity to adjust temperature at the room.

I could leave my bags at the Hotel and go out for dinner. Could also bring bags into the room. Nice lounge area.
