Very noisy. We were facing the street and were woken up by cars, ambulances, partygoers all night. Actually we also got woken up at 1am by staff knocking at our door to ask if we were smoking in the room???? We were not.

No extra pillows available The shower towels were really small Unfortunately the kettle wasn't cleaned inside so we weren't able to use it which is a shame. The dirt inside of it was very off-putting Usually you're able to use facilities after checking out of the room but unfortunately it wasn't possible to use the sauna afterwards but that's just a detail

One staff member, Matilda, was rude and unhelpful to one of our group.

The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Beds were comfy. Priscillia gave us a nice warm welcome and was cheery every time we saw her.

My room was on the first floor and too close to the restaurant. It was very laud especially very early in the mornings. The heating was off in the room when I arrived and it took a long time to heat it to comfortable temperatures.

Nice location for easy access and many cafes and restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and competent. Room was comfortable and clean.

Internet was in and out. I messaged the property about the internet issue. The answer was to work in the lobby, where the issue persisted, or to change my room. I answered that it was not a problem, that I could handle my remote job responsibilities with the internet issues I had. To my surprise, the staff answer was: you are the only one with internet issues in the hotel, that answer came just in the moment that I was not able to work due to the internet failure. I did not answer. I just asked him to leave and thanked for his desire to help.

We loved the location as it is very close to the cathedral, metro stations, supermarket, food places and shopping areas. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean and cosy.

We stayed there 2 separate nights and the first night there was a smell of smoke in the room. The second night the room smelt nice. It would be nice if there was a cheaper breakfast option.

The location is perfect, in the city center and next to the metro line. The triple room was nice and spacious, the bathroom nice.

The hotel has a wine theme, but does not have a wine bar. It has a small space at the reception area where you can sit and have a glass of wine, but it is not practical with guests coming to check in and out.

Breakfast was a very expensive extra.

The position was excellent right next to Bessieres station on the Metro 2 line, three stops from the main station. Very easy to travel round Lausanne by public transport and on foot from this convenient point. The room was functional, modern, clean and comfortable with a modern efficient en suite bathroom. Price for the room was reasonable.

Staff could be more attentive to clients. When receptionist handed the keys, she put down the number room not in a clear way. We went to 303, but of course key didn’t work. Had to come down twice to change key until misters was solved that it’s 305. She didn’t even say sorry. We were tired and with a small kid..

Didn't expect I had to walk stairs as the elevator can't reach the 6th floor. Breakfast could have more vegan, salty options.
