We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Clean property with a warm welcome. Normally I stop in the city center but the Euro Football competition forced me a little further out but I was delighted by the Eastside and especially the staff.

SwitzerlandAs a family with a young child and a baby we appreciate when the rooms are connected with a connecting door and when there is a Boiler in the room for baby bottles. These were missing but as we booked on the same day we were not so demanding.
Good Location, free parking, booked on the day of arrival, two rooms next to each other for our family of 4, with two young kids, very nice staff at the hotel and at the restaurant. Very clean! Perfect place for our single night on the road for our holidays.

BelgiumWe arrived on a Sunday, and there was no reception staff in the building after 3 p.m. But we were notified in advance, and our keycards were available in a lockbox on the outside of the building. The hotel includes free underground parking. Room was very spacious and clean. Free coffee and water we available in the corridor of our floor.
