Maybe it was only our room, but we were quite disturbed by the loud sounds coming from a disco right under the hotel

The parking lot of the hotel was full and we had to pay the public parking.... you have to pay it by coins or by an app, no credit cards accepted.

Nice room with cozy little terrace. You have a coffee machine in the room and a little fridge. Also a hair dryer.

There were no towels in our room - this was quickly rectified by the housekeeping however!

Location was absolutely perfect for exploring the centre of Bulle as well as getting out of town to explore further. Wonderful to have free parking available! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lovely to get a tourist discount card - this saved us money on meals out, the nearby chocolate factory etc.

Simple, clean, friendly. Perfect location for Bulle, and perfect to explore Broc and Gruyere. Parking right in front of the hotel, entire city center reachable by foot.

The sink and toilet were separated. Not enough electricity plugs in the room. Downstairs nightclub can be noisy if one seeks a quiet place.

There’s a karaoke bar in the basement that goes Untill 2 or 3. Bring you own ear plugs.

Clean, well situated, comfortable. Great communication with staff for easy check in… we didn’t expect anything from Bulle but are extremely happy we stayed there rather than Gruyère.

The refrigerator would turn off when the main power in the room was shut off. This led to spoiled food that was kept in the refrigerator. The parking was also a small challenge. There were a few free spots at the hotel but they were usually taken and not available. So the parking was all paid parking on the streets. Generally it was relatively easy to find a place within a block or two, depending on the time of day.

The staff were amazing and the rooms were very clean.

The cleaning staff who speak in Spanish loudly without care for the guest who are sleeping, not everybody have the same time clock, or sleep earlier. The parking Full. The shower curtain too long, who lay on the water of the tiny shower (Why nobody adjust that ?)

disco/night club located in the hotel(I don't understand this idea)

the hotel is located in the very center of the city. there are many restaurants and shops in the area. few minutes walk to the train station. The room was clean very spacious with a view of the city and mountains. very large bathroom with bathtub and window. in the room there is a fridge, coffee machine for capsules, a jug for boiling water. staff very friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit noisy when the windows are open, but the windows are beautiful double glazed windows so keep them closed!
