Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The style of the hotel was unique, but the quality of the once lovely furniture was seemingly quite run down. There were also no practical power outlets near the bed.
We chose this property because we were only staying in the area for one night, and needed a cheap and practical option. It was good for that reason. Easy check in and check out, and practical, good quality breakfast.

No kettle in room but apparently there is free coffee in the canteen downstairs, nobody told me 🤷
Close to centre of town but fairly priced. Good enough breakfast. Lots of free parking. Comfortable bed.

Though I came down in the last half-hour I still expected to have a full service at 9.35am yet the eggs space in the hot tray was empty and not replaced. So, that with a lack of smiles I felt a bit less than comfortable about being there and not feeling welcome. And after all if the breakfast time is till 10am then the service quality should be the same throughout.
The breakfast cereals and other food was clearly laid out and the furniture was pleasant and comfortable. The location was okay in the sense that it was within walking distance of my friend's flat. And another advantage was that it was a bit off the beaten track and not near a main road so relatively quiet.

the ventilation was controlled centrally, very loud, made the room very cold and was impossible to be turned off (since central). They turned it down for the night, but turned it back up at 7 am, so if you are planning to sleep past that, try your luck somewhere else... The breakfast was very basic and very very limited.
i liked the room, it was comfortable and the place was quite well located. The staff was helpfull but couldn't solve my problem with the ventilation.

Location in middle.of industrial area and apparently old industrial building (unpractical to be a hotel). For normal weekend price is not worth. Foe busy weekwdn this just happened to ne almost the only option available.
Clean room and reasonable breakfast. The staff was friendly as much I met them for booking and checking out.

Not very comfortable surroundings and common areas. Tv was super small. Overall not very fresh impression.
A clean basic place to sleep. The room had distinctive style. Free parking. About 20-25min walk to center. Breakfast was better than expected.

Price worthy, we like the door codes instead of keys, good location, outside city enter but still not far away, 1.3 km to Ratina shoppingmall. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in the city center this hotel is not for you. But if you like a quiet place still near the city center and if you want good value for your money this hotel is perfect. We were also greatful for the free parking. The breakfast has all you need for a good start.

What a nice and great surprise. The place was nice and quiet. We arrived late so all the codes and everything worked perfectly, The bedroom decoration made me travel in time. Very beautiful and comfortable, with nice bathroom and shower as well. Internet was very fast. Parking space very close to the entrance and breakfast was a average one. Not many stuff, but for the price, was alright. Really enjoyed the resting time there and would stay more if had more time. Only one thing to consider is that the hotel has no lift, so you will have to go throught a little bit of stairs. But was a very pleasant stay! And it´s not too close from the city centre, so keep it in mind!
