I did not like that the reception closed from 12:00 to 14:00. I find it difficult that when I arrived tired at 13:00, there was no receptionist! This is not right! There should be a 24/7 receptionist!

The hotel is central to most sightseeing venues.

Easy to get to via public transport, smooth check in, helpful friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Good communication.

room has a stair case from above which is enclosed which my daughter nearly miss knocking her head, so we move the bed away from the stair case , location was good, bathroom and toilet was outside , using it at night does not feel comfortable

Wi-Fi didn’t work. My international chargers did not work (Swiss sockets are unusual)

I had a shared toilet accommodation, and the toilet is really small. Usable, but not very comfortable. I am a slim guy and has not been a problem for me, but I can imagine larger-sized people struggling.

Location is very central, walking distance from many venues. Room was very simple but ok for the price. Clean and functional.

The shower is a bit too small.

It is in an excellent location, right in the city center, and with good access to the train and metro stations, supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies. The hotel is comfortable and cozy, and the chek-in is fast and simple

The bathroom was tiny and mouldy. The slanted ceiling over the bath made it impossible to shower. The kitchen area had a crumbling counter around the sink. The room is in desperate need of repairs. There is also almost zero light in the bathroom/kitchen at nighttime.

The location of the property was good. The room had a private bathroom and the room itself was quite spacious.

I was expecting a shared toilet&shower slightly bigger. They do well the function but the space was a bit too limited. But I will stay away if I have the chance to go back to Lausanne.

Great location, close to everything and to the metro. Nice comfortable beds, the room has everything you need. Coffee machine in the room was a nice surprise. The shared bathroom facilities were very clean and there was shower gel provided. There is a microwave on the ground floor of the hotel, handy if you want to save money. Really good value for money for Lausanne.

The shower was a bit unsatisfactory. On the first day we discovered the the water was fixed at a reasonable temperature (approximately 40degrees) . I don’t like this very much as I like to control the temperature and be able to turn the water to cold. The second day the water temperature was dangerously hot. It was too hot to stand underneath and I reported it to the receptionist who took note. A bedside light on either side of the bed is the only thing that was missing but really we were very happy with the room

The water heater works well. You can take a comfortable shower after one day’s walk. The reception gives warm welcome.

While the bathroom was shared it was clean and almost always available, location was perfect

Our room was on the top floor under the eaves with sloped ceilings. Couldn't stand to shower because of the low ceiling, had to take a bath. Ceiling windows let in rain, but there weren't any other windows.

The family room was large and included a refrigerator. There is a parking lot at the hotel (with a fee).

The common bathrooms could use some modernisation (all clean but somewhat outdated)

Considering the price of Swiss hotels, this hotel is a great price/quality option. The rooms and clean, relatively spacious, and this at a very central location.
