Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A kettle would have been a great addition to the room…
The location is perfect for an early flight; with hand luggage it’s just about 8 min to the airport via the footbridge across the motorway. Room and bathroom were very clean, and despite the proximity to airport and motorway it wasn’t noisy.

Sometimes there's some litter in the elevator that I see when I leave and I still see more than four hours after when I get back. Some staff could be a little bit friendlier. The breakfast selection could be better.
It's my go-to hotel whenever I go back to Geneva for my flight back to Asia - near the airport but also convenient to go downtown as it's just a short walk to the bus 5 and 8 stops. It's quite basic but it has what I need. It's also walking distance to the Migros at the end Airporty-Train Station. You have to walk through the park and a parking building.

There is a lack of clear signage for accessing the underground parking and designated spaces for hotel guests. To be clear, if you park in an incorrect space designated for a company or in a restricted area, you could be fined up to 200 CHF per night, which is significantly more than the cost of staying at the hotel. Additionally, after getting out of your car, finding the hotel entrance and the correct floor is challenging due to very poor and unclear signage. The signage is simply done poorly.
The hotel is exactly what you would expect—a modest, decent model from the French Ibis chain with newer style updates. Everything is quite new and acceptable, with no major flaws. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly, but the menu is limited and the food is rather poor, maintaining the chain's standard. It’s a missed opportunity for improvement.

However, the location on Google Maps is incorrect and needs to be changed. I arrived late at night in Geneva and had to walk around with luggage to find the hotel. It was exhausting.
The positive energy from the girl at the reception was refreshing. The room was very clean. The hotel is close to the airport, making it ideal for those who have an early flight in the morning

The breakfast was a bit bland for me but the pastries and coffee were really good.
It's a simple and straightforward hotel. Location is great if you need to be based near the airport. It's a short walking distance. The hotel is sparkling clean - from reception to the rooms! The room is also a great size!! Inside the room was very quiet which helped me get uninterrupted sleep :) The hotel has a small restaurant which serves simple dishes - soup, pizza, and pastas until 1am, in case you need food late at night. It also has a nice little bar. The staff was warm and welcoming! Despite the general location being out at the airport, if you'd like to go for a walk, there is a park right across the Palexpo entrance with walking paths, volleyball, skateboarding, football, and play area for kids.

Breakfast exactly the same every day. Gets tiresome for a weeklong stay.

No issues.
Very convenient for the airport. Clean and comfy rooms, very helpful staff and a decent breakfast (although it was additional to the room cost). Have stayed here before and would do so again.
