Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room has a balcony where it’s allowed to smoke - if you open a window in the room to get fresh air, the smoke from another balcony immediately goes to your room and you have to breathe it, it really makes your stay way worse. Minor notes: the shower cabin could use a shelf, there is no full height mirror, no female hygiene products, sound prof could be better - we could hear our neighbours talk, drop things and argue

I got a room upgrade for free and the room was really clean and comfortable, with enough space and nice bathroom. The hotel is centrally located in the town of Lenzburg and has a private parking; although I was able to park for free on the street, because I arrived on Saturday evening. The staff was friendly and helpful, both in person and by phone.

The keys are large and a bit old-school (no card), maybe not ideal for pockets. But this is a minor inconvenience.
Perfect hotel if you plan to go visit friends, quiet old-town spot near the castle. Very clean rooms, modern furniture, great cosy balcony and super convenient sockets everywhere. The breakfast was outstanding, fresh and varied, a real highlight of the stay and highly recommended.

Not much space in the room round the (admittedly large) bed. Nowhere really comfortable to sit.
Very well located in the centre of Lenzburg, excellent breakfast with lots of choice, friendly, helpful staff.

It was quite pricey for just one night and the breakfast was served only until 10.00. Until 11.00 would have been way better for us, especially on a Sunday morning.
The beds were incredibly comfortable. I could have slept all day long in it. Very nice bathroom, even though I'd prefer a shower than a bath tub. It was a nice surprise to have all drinks and snacks in the mini-bar offered by the hotel. The breakfast was various and delicious. It was perfectly located for us as we spent the night with some friends at the Met-Bar (7 minutes by feet from the hotel).

Checked out at 4am but took a while to find somebody to open the doors to let me out.
Breakfast was good ,lots of choice. Good location .Friendly and polite staff. Upgraded my room which was good of them.

Lighting in the room was poor.
Lovely staff Very good restaurant in the hotel Minibar and breakfast are included in the room charged Good internet speeds They keep separate travel adapters for every room so forgetful guests don't have to worry. Car parking is also included in the charge.

Our other room in the main building did not have AC. The view was basically just the sky. We couldn't get the room cooled down well at night.
The hotel has a very nice appearance. I reserved 2 rooms. The room in the 300 building was much nicer that the other room in the main building. I loved that our 300 building room had an AC unit, loved the free beverages and our view of the castle was so great. Breakfast was outstanding with so many good choices.

The hotel is understaffed... At breakfast almost everyday there was things not ready to eat. Food was missing and not available anymore like Eggs & bacon and bread. Also when they have 80 people for breakfast and only one little 2 slice toaster it just doesn't work...We went to the reception to complain around 09:15 and waited 10 minutes saw no-one and gave up on breakfast...This was on the 20th of May..
